She grabbed her bag, swung it over her left shoulder, and headed off, following her instincts. She was beginning to think she was hallucinating, until she recognized the familiar house and Melanie's figure shadowing the lights. She began to run, a hint of a smile lingering on her face.

Ran wasn't sure she knew where she was. So she ended up sitting in a dark alleyway. She sighed. Was Melanie's house down that street or down the other street? She threw her head back and wanted to scream, but she didn't, in spite of herself.

Ran didn't know where she was going. Well, she didn't know where she was going most of the time, so it was pretty normal for her to get lost. She had bad sense of direction, despite herself.

Ran made a soft noise when Melanie kissed her, but then slowly, closed her eyes and began kissing back, slowly. She wound her arms around Melanie and pulled her a little closer.
