"Overconfident much?" Arron asked jokingly as Eli boasted he could have any girl he wanted. He shook his head at his friend and had to smile; Eli was holding out for someone, but Arron wasn't sure who...yet. As soon as he found out, he'd force Eli to confess, since no one could turn down his best friend, not even the lead football player. Strangely enough, as he walked his best friend walk away, instead of pitching the flower like a piece of trash, he tucked it safely in the pocket of his jeans. In defense to himself, he said it was so he could rag on Eli later, but part of him questioned that. It was pushed out of his mind as two long, slender, tanned arms went around his neck, a pair of soft, plump lips met his, and a set of firm, round breast pressed against his chest. Aaron just barely managed to gather his mind enough to kiss Sharron, his now girl friend, back, before she pulled away and bit her lip. She asked, "Was that too much?" "What? No!" he said with a brilliant grin, knowing the teachers were watching and wishing that school had officially begun so that they could write them up, but it hadn't and they couldn't. Aaron took Sharron's hand and squeezed it gently, as he said, "That was sweet, though I thought I'd be the one to kiss you our first time." "Oh no! I was being pushy!" Sharron fretted, now chewing on her lower lip in that cute way she had. Aaron kissed her again and shook his head. "You weren't being pushy. It's okay," he told her and then the bell rang and she let go and ran down the call shouting something back to him, but Aaron barely heard it, because he was heading in the other direction, towards math class. [OOC://I wasn't sure whether I should skip till the next time Aaron and Eli were together again, so I just did the scene with Aaron and Sharron *gasps in horror* ah! I can't believe what I did with their names. They rhyme. That is so lame of me. ]

{ /clap/ I loved that post! I'm so happy you joined, Aaron is perfect. } Late? Eli turned an indignant cheek at the comment, not bothering to mention the extra special attempts he made to arrive before the other and greet him first for once. Though it didn't last long, Eli couldn't stay angry with Aaron for the life of him. Once, when they were younger, they'd got into a fight over some stupid girl. This was before Eli came to terms with his sexuality. He had swore to the gods above he would never speak to the boy again. He had moped around the house for nearly a week before his mother walked him right to the door step to make up with Aaron. She said she'd never seen her son so upset over anything as he was when he and Aaron weren't getting along. His mother had realized his feelings for the other before Eli himself had, she was just that brilliant. Eli's eyes lit up as he tried to fight off a smile when Aaron's arm found it's way around his shoulders. It was little things like these that made getting up so early worth it for the boy. "My life would simply end if you didn't, it really would." He flung back sarcastically, slightly frowning at the truth behind his own words. Just about to mirror the other's action, Eli paused halfway as his friend began shooting off about Sharron. He listened to the other, just because he didn't like the fact didn't mean he was going to neglect his best friend duties. Batting his lashes and smiling in the sickening way the girl in question did when she saw Aaron, Eli mocked the boy while he wasn't looking. When he finished, Eli straightened his posture and gave him an encouraging smile. "Dude, that's awesome. I told she was totally hot for you. She talks about you none stop in chemistry! It makes me want to gag sometimes." He replied with as much enthusiasm he could muster for the topic. Of course he'd seen Sharron, he burned holes through the back of her head in the halls. With the mention of him getting a girl, Eli let out a snort. "Aaron, I'll get a girl when nuns fly." He said with a cheeky grin. Aaron had been the first person he'd come out to, so of course he knew the other wasn't serious. "Not that I couldn't get any girl I wanted. I'm hot, and girls always dig the gay boys." He added as an after thought. He watched with curiosity as Aaron plucked the floor, raising a brow as the male bowed and offered it to him. Careful not to get his hopes up, though he didn't have a chance in hell to control his pules, he reached for the flower with a grin. When he realized it was a gesture not meant for him, he covered his foolishness by playfully pushing the other and choking out a laugh. "Oh yeah, she'd just fall at the romantic ground you walk on." Sarcasm was become Eli's easy escape, and he was in no position to object it's offer. He let out a gasp, using a high-pitched squeal to mimic the annoying girl. "Oh Aaron, you're so wonderful!" He remarked, kicking up his foot. He chuckled at his own joke, spotting the familiar figure waiting by the school gate. "Speak of the she devil..." He muttered, pointing to the girl for Aaron to see. "I'll see you in class." He said as he walked away, giving the other a thumbs up. He didn't want to stick around and watch them, he wasn't sure he'd be able to hold back his attitude in that scenario. He flashed the girl a charming smile, just for the hell of it, as he walked past her and headed to English.

OOC:/ kk making sure. Now for my first post *dramatic music* Aaron grinned at his best friend and replied, "I'm not early, you're late." He rushed the next few steps, though not much, just even to have him draw even with Eli. Carelessly, he slung his arm around the other boy's shoulders and he said in a cheerful voice, "But don't worry. I forgive you." He grinned at Eli for a moment and then quickly changed the topic before his friend could really yell at him. Aaron told his best friend in delighted tones, "Guess what? Last night I called Sharron and we talked for about three hours and I asked her out. She, of course, couldn't say no. I totally flipped when she said yes. Have you met her yet? If not, I have to introduce you at lunch. She is hawt! Also, dude, when are you getting a girl?" His eyes strayed into the yard they were passing and randomly he reached over and snagged a flower off on of the many bushes growing there. With flourish, Arron bowed at the waist and presented the small, blue flower to Eli. He said in a humble tone, "For you." When he felt Eli reaching out for the flower, he straightened up with a laugh and asked, "Do you think Sharron would blush if I did that for her?"

...Eli, I've been wanting to try something. With you, that is. Could you...close your eyes?' He whispered dangerously close to the other's face. Their breath danced together in pure bliss, eyes half lidded and heart beats racing the interstate. This was the moment, finally it was going to happen. The boy in question moved closer, tipping his face ever so slightly and granting his wish. He heard nothing but their synchronized breathing and then, oh so gently..."Damn it!" A swift hand shot out and effortlessly knocked the alarm clock to the floor in a less than graceful attempt to fall back into the wonderful dream. He swore over and over, hexing the object with a passion as his tired body struggled out from under the mountain of blankets and pillows. Every morning, without fail, his alarm clock woke him up from the best moment of his life. Granted, it hadn't happened in reality yet, but it would come. He knew the flirting, the glances, the playful touching... all of that had to lead somewhere. It didn't matter that the man of his affection had just yesterday informed him that he was trying to get with a girl. Another carbon-copy barbie doll, probably. She wouldn't last long, he tended to get bored easily. If she became too much of a nuisance, well, he knew how to get rid of her. It would hurt the other, but would benefit him in the long run. And besides, a guy has to watch out for his best friend. A quick shower and some well deserved breakfast later, Eli was searching through his closet aimlessly for a t-shirt. It was times like these that made him miss the summer sun, when all he had to do in the morning was throw on some shorts and be done with it. Walking around the house shirtless is nothing when you're the youngest of 3 sons with a mother who encourages her children to show off their bodies. Of course, she'd encourage just about anything if it brought grandchildren into the picture faster. She knew in the case of her youngest son, it was a 'no mothers included' kind of bargain she'd be getting. This fact made the woman ecstatic, naturally. With a chuckle, Eli pulled out a faded blue shirt, grabbed a hoodie, and headed downstairs. Boxes cluttered the hall and living room, and forgetting this fact, Eli was nearly sent to the floor face first. Stumbling off balance into the kitchen, he was just in time to hear (for the thousandth time) his mother's vain attempts to convince his oldest brother, Shaun, not to move out. From what he gathered, apparently Shaun had finally asked his wife-to-be to move in with him. He was lucky to be alive after trying to get away with not telling their mother about the engagement. He was happy for his brother, but now that he was leaving there was one less person around, which meant new chore assignments. Which meant with Shaun leaving, and his other brother Duke being the laziest being on Earth, Eli would be left with all of them. He frowned at this thought while the rest of his family debated who should get to use the extra room. Ten minutes later, Eli was pulling on his shoes and tossing his books into his bag. Duke's much larger frame strode by, jingling the car keys, and affectionately messed up Eli's hair. While he shook it back into place, his mother reached for his cheek and placed a kiss on it, bidding both her sons a good day. He set off down the drive way, waving with one hand and holding his bag in the other. This was a typical Morgan family morning routine. Though his brothers had offered to drive him to school over the years, Eli had always declined. His walk to school gave him time to think...or rather, that's what he told people. He really only walked to school to meet up with his best friend. At 15, with 2 brothers who owned a license, it was a little odd to most people that Eli faithfully kept to walking. But they would understand, if only they could understand the joy it gave him to hear those familiar steps coming towards him as he kept his head towards the sky. He smiled to himself as he pictured the other walking towards him, probably yawning, hair a mess and a goofy smile tugging at his lips. All too suddenly, that vision was turning the corner that connected their blocks. "You're kind of early this morning." He commented from his place, still walking, knowing the other would hear him. A sort of spring was in his step as he reached his friend, who waited in his usual spot at the cross walk. { this is roughly based off of the movie 'Some Kind Of Wonderful', with a bit of a twist. I'm basically a die hard romantic, and that movie is one of the cutest love stories I've ever seen. I'm looking for someone to play a guy who is in lust with this girl. your character and Eli are best friends and Eli is in crazy love with your character. a messy but funny/cute love triangle. Eventually, and I mean eVeNtUaLlY, your character realizes his feelings for Eli, but until then they just flirt, mess around while intoxicated and say things they don't mean. Jump in, and have fun! }
