Don’t dare be different.
Don’t dare you dream.
No one makes it outside this mold.
Children play and children whisper,
Of scorn filled lies and current ‘has been’
As ever always society’s grip much too strong
Even in the eyes of those that are young.
Dare one rise under such Disdain.
Why such attempts are always in vain.
Silence your lips hold your tongues.
For always someone too crash your dreams,
For those that are different
What if your words fall too screams,
Idles and limp on deaf ears?
Is this now when one crushes their dreams
No longer one for the muses to inspire.
