Katou would pick up his glass of whiskey and down the rest in one gulp before setting onto the desk next to him, and got up out of it as he approached Roxie. He would say feeling a slight prick of pain. A slight smirk crossed his face as he looked down to see a bit of blood coming out. "Ah, now you have gone and done it. I am going to have to punish you for your rude behavior" He would say as his eyes turned red and he leaned down biting down on the slender slope of her neck until he broke that delicate skin of hers. His blood would mix with hers before flowing back in the effect accelerated as she felt a great euphoria permeating her body. "Doesn't that feel good? I gave you a dose of heroin mixed with ecstasy, don't worry I'll make sure that there are no physical side effects for you, just the addiction that will be left, which will destroy you as time goes on as you come begging to me for that high. I told you that I would destroy you and shape you into my image, and you will be your own worst enemy as the addiction takes a hold of your life more and more. It will ruin some of the effects of your blood, but the purity shouldn't be that bad." Katou would say with a slight smirk as he listened to her heavy breathing and resumed stroking her.

“I still care about him, you cant tell me I don’t. You have no idea how I feel! Its not like you can love!” She cried, almost sobbing out. She tread to jump out of his reach but he grabbed her and she squirmed trying to get the hell away from her. She pressed her lips together tightly as he placed her once more on his lap. “Well I never wanted to be on your lap in the first place.” She speaks, quite mad now and looks at him with flashing eyes. "Ah, but you admit it too yourself that you once loved him but not anymore." He would say with a little chuckle as he grasped her firmly preventing her from leaving his lap. "I didn't say you could get off of my lap Jaquelin." Katou would say as he inched his hand up further replacing it after she had tried to remove it. His fingers were now just underneath the hem of her skirt. "Of course to give control over to somebody you need to know that the other person can control the situation, and I would never say that I am uncaring. You are just behaving badly forcing me to punish you, if you behaved like a good girl you would have a far better life. I could even make your parent's lives better; perhaps, your siblings as well. Mark seems to be getting along a lot better since you left." He would say as his fingers inched up even further.

"Here is the thing you have no choice other then to be controlled by me. I will break you down and mold you into whatever image I want of you. There is nothing that you can do about it." He would say as he covered the last few inches and started to gently stroke against the sheer material of her panties.

"Ah, yes but you never truly loved Mark, which makes it a lie." He would say placing his hand on the upper part of her thigh. "Its the control you love not him. I have found those people are usually uptight, and you fit the bill quite nicely." Katou would say keeping his hand firmly planted on her thigh. "You strive and yearn to control every facet of your life, typically behaving like a bitch in the process." There was a pause as he let his hand rest there on her thigh "The next question I have for you is do you like to be controlled?" He would say listening to her answer. "I don't believe that you don't want to be controlled. Think about it a soul that yearns for control and order can gain that by surrendering that control to somebody who can control everything with a iron fist and give you that stability that you so crave, so would you give up that control if you could be assured that would take care of you in every instance or do you want control no matter what?" He would ask her.
