Skyler was hesatating and she new that her hand trembaled and she bounce passed it under his arm and ran arond catching it her legs moving as quick as she could. "Come one whats wrong." she went for her layup and then looked back at him she new he would be right behind her and the only reason she didnt get nerves was because he wasnt all over her like the other girls are. Skyler turnd she was shure if she did turn around she would either get hit by him or fall backwards. Skyler triped and fell on her butt. "Okay I have balnce issues." she laughed and looked up at him. "Ill fix it." she let her hair down and the put it back up. "Okay... your ball." she threw it to him.

He watched her sink a long basket after him and he nodded his head. "Not bad." He commented with a smirk. "Your on." He replied to her wager. Walking towards her, his arms out to cover her from getting around him easily. He was trying to force her to take another long range shot for him to spring on and snatch from the air.

Skyler laughed and wlaked to half court, she put the ball in position and shot it was gone and soon it sunk in her toung was out. "Oh, I'm sure I can keep up." she turnd supried look on her face that she made that. "okay, I bet .....dinner I win this game." she was sure that she would lose and owe him dinner...she was looking fowared to it. "Let's see." she bgan down the cort and switched hands a couple of times before she slowed down to watch how he moved.

Allen cracked a smirk when she called him an old man. He watched her while she took off a few layers of clothes revealing shorts and a tank top. For a moment there he was starting to look at Skyler a different way before he shook his head of the thought. Allen dribbled the ball to half court, waiting for Skyler to finish tying her hair back and stretch a little bit. "This 'old man' is gonna show you how it's done." He said, taking a shot between half court and the three point line. Surprisingly the shot sunk in the basket. He winked to Skyler, tossing the ball over to her.

"Alright fine, lets go old man." she smiled figuring it was only him that it would be okay. Skyler took her shirt off reveling a tank and then sliped her pants off showing some shorts. "One on One." she stated wlking to him and noticed that he wasnt that old he was actually cute, and sexy body. Skyler blinked and looked down. "Okay you take it out or me." she pulled her hair up and streched a-bit .

Allen went home, getting up early for the next days early practice. He was there a good half hour before practice was meant to start. He was sitting on the stage at the far end with his feet swaying while he went over his notes on his clip board. Allen wore a tight white muscle shirt and loose gray jogging pants. It was then did he look up as the doors to the gym opened revealing Skyler. "Morning Skyler, someones an early riser... The others probably wont be here for another half hour." He said, hopping off the stage and onto the court with a basket ball under his arm. "You can take some free throws to warm up. Or we can have a little one on one. From what I saw from yesterday, I'd say you need the practice. You are a good shot, I'll give you that. But thats about as far as it goes." He questioned with a smirk.

Skyler whent home got dressed and fell asleep she did even think to eat or anything she just slept witch was weired because she usualy ate alot.
Skyler woke up the next morningand got to school in some shorts and a T-shirt her face lite up when she saw the cort.
"Im here....Coach."

Allen heard the bell indiccate the practice was coming to a close. "Alright girls, good practice tonight, I hope to see you all bright and early tomorrow morning for early practice. You looked great out there Skyler, hopefully you'll be joining us again. Enjoy your night girls." Mr Johnston said, marking a few notes on his clip board before walking into the boy's change room, pulling off his soaked t shirt. He grabbed a towel and started making his way to the shower stalls.

Running was nuthing thats all she ever did and that was the best part cuz you cant mess up running. Skyler ran hard and fast and she didnt stop timm she heard the bell when that happend she left for home.

"Ah, don't sweat it. It happens to the best of us. Your a pretty good shot, we could use you on the team. If you want to you can come in after hours and I'll help you practice your foot work." Allen offered before turning his attention towards the rest of the team. "Alright we'll end this practice with some 'suicides'" He could hear the groans filter through the crowd. "Everyone on the black line!" He ordered and everyone did so. "Quarter and back, half and back, three quarter and back, full court and back. Every time you come back you do ten sit ups. Go!" He said, blowing his whistle.

Skyler ran and as the other girl passed the ball she looked up at the lean tall man standing there she hesatated and stoped. "I...im sorry, I really Didnt mean to stop I just got distracted and thats all." she passed the ball back and then turnd to go back to the line.
Skyler new she screwed up but she just couldnt do it she new that haveing someone there and trying to stop her at any cost was just a bit to much.

Allen watched from the side lines as the girls did well sinking baskets, even the new comer Skyler. "Well done girls, your looking great." He complimented to them, blowing his whistle. "Alright, line up in three lines at half court. We'll do some defense work. Middle line defends while outsides try to score. Keep the ball moving." He instructed, joining the middle line. He back stepped to guard the net. "Go." He directed, giving some cover to the player with the ball. "Quick hands girls, quick hands." Hinting for them to pass to one another to get around him.
