If Derek noticed her arm it didn't show on his face, watching her. "If you're looking for death, at least be considerate enough to find it by yourself." He told her before walking away. Sitting in class he sighed, leaning back in his chair, hardly paying attention to the lesson. He didn't need to\, he got good enough grades for his parents with or without studying, so he didn't see what the point was. He wasn't sure who that girl was, but something about her just irritated him, her confident attitude, who was she to talk to him like that? What did she know? He wasn't someone you could just talk lke that too and get away with in his opinion.
"Hey dude you ok?" Matt asked in a low from beside him, Derek blinking to look at him.
"Huh? Yeah, I'm fine." He whispered back.
"Is it that girl?" He asked as if he already knew, Derek nodding briefly.
Matt shook his head, "Forget about 'er she's just some nobody with an attitude problem." He told her, Derek smiling slightly at the comment.
When the bell rang he sighed, standing up and tossing his bag over his shoulder. He stretched his arms over his head, turning to look at Matt as he addressed him.
"Come on, lets to to the cafe, I'll drive," He told him, Derek smiling, since they had a free period next class anyway, which worked for him. As they walked out the doors they saw a fairly large crowd of people standing in the parking lot.
"I wonder what happened..." He told Matt as they walked into the parking, someone running up to them.
"Derek did you hear?" He recognized from the voice of a freshman who had a habit of bugging him everytime he came in a 100 yard radius of him.
"Hear what?" He asked, glancing from him to the crowd.
"It's Maria's car, someone keyed it up pretty bad!" The boy, Denis, told him, Derek's eyes catching sight of the girl who seemed to be angered beyond words, glancing past her to the red car behind her, scratches cut deep into the shiny red paint.
He glanced from her car to an identical one across the lot, hidden in the shade of a tall oak tree, the same one he'd driven to school today. He clicked his toungue on his teeth, glancing back at the small boy.
"That's too bad..." He said, glancing away from him, back once again to the thinning crowd around Maria. "Someone forgot to check the lisence plate..." He whispered under his breath, Denis looking at his curiously.
"Nothing," Derek replied, not failing to notice Matts curious gaze from his right, running fingers through his brown hair. "Let's go Matt," He said, not wanting to stay here any long, it was a bother. His eyes traveled the parking lot for a moment, seemingly searching for a figure for a moment as Denis slinked away to find someone else to bug.

Feeling the weight of his hand finally release its hold on her sweater, Amalia sunk back into the lockers. Her arms hung loosely at her sides that was until she rolled up the sleeves of her sweater. Several bruises and scratches were visible upon her skin but it had been from falling, slipping, and simply missing jumps she had attempted. "I wouldn't have a death wish if you had simply hit me with your car this morning." She mocked, rolling her eyes in frustration. The fact that he was able to stop her in the hallway, and have her pinned back like that surely got to her. No one had ever messed with her, or even came close to stopping her in the process. Sighing she didn't dare pursue the conversation any further. A frown pursed on her lips, apparently she hadn't been worth his time. On the contrary, she found herself wasting time by even staying her to talk to him.
Rolling her shoulders in a shrugging manner, she awaited until he was out of sight that she turned on the balls of her feet ot move in the opposite direction. "Mr Big ego needs a lesson..." She smirked inwardly, kneeling down to pull out a switch blade from some small hole within her shoe. The space between fabric of course managed to make it a perfect place ot hide it. It wasnt exactly to big but it was enough to make what damages she wanted to his car. Holding it within her palm, she found one of the fire escape doors. Fortunately this one wouldnt trigger an alarm if gone through.
Outside she slipped her way around the school into the student parking lot, her eyes settlign on the car that appeared to be the one that almost hit her that morning. Whether it was or not wasnt her problem, she just needed something to take her frustation out on. With ease she had snuck up close to the car, flipping out the blade. Bringing it across its glossy surface a large scratch was made over the hood. Several more were made to follow along the sides but of course her fun seized when the alarm went off. Quick to think, Amalia was on her feet. Her eyes were focused on an opened window just up ahead. Darting for it, almost like a scene out of a movie, she maneuvered herself to slip through and roll onto the floor within the clasroom. Luck was the teacher had gone out to the restroom. A brilliant smirk lit up her face and she merely took her seat. Amalia didnt have this class until second period, so what if she had been just a bit early. Atleast she managed to miss first period and totally ruin someones car.
Ooc: You can skip ahead to lunch, or him finding out his car has been ruined. Or maybe it wasnt his car and just turns out to be one that looked like it. Doesnt matter XD.

Derek raised an eyebrow at her answer, smirking slightly. "Maybe, we'de be gone one more reckless idiot." He told her with a sigh, "If you're looking for a death wish do it somewhere where the rest of us don't have to worry about it." He responded, rolling his eyes in responce to her, he didn't know what was up with her but, in all honestly, she was annoying, it made him want to mess with her even more, her cocky attitude and everything that went with it.
Perhaps it was partly because he wasn't used to people arguing with him that made it so...intriguing to him. "An apology would be to easy wouldn't it?" He pointed out, dropping him hand and taking a step away from her, but his eyes didn't leave her once, a hint of humor flashing in his eyes as a low chickle eliminated from his throat.
"You'd like that wouldn't you?" He asked her with a laugh. "Sorry to dissapoint you, but I have better people to waste my time with..." He told her, crossing his arms over his chest
"Derek, everything ok?"
He heard Matts voice behind him, nodding and turning to look at him. "Everythings fine," He confirmed with a smile.
"Come on, you're gonna get that detention if we don't hurry." He told him.
Derek nodded with a laugh, "Yeah, i'm right behind you..." He told them. Glancing at her for a second before looking away, back at his friends, as if nothing had happened. As if he hadn't just been talking to her, as he slid right into the conversation. "I know, they would of been better off to hold it at the comminuty center..." He laughed, adjusting his bag on his shoulders.
"What was that all about?" Matt asked lowly into his ear, Derek glancing at him, shaking his head, responding in an equally low tone.
"Nothing, just an annoying nusace..." He responded as they reached the classroom, the bell ringing as he walked through the door. He smilied, winking at Matt before sliding into his desk in the back with a sigh, setting his bag on the desk.

Several names slipped through her mind, but none of them matched the face before her. Perhaps it was the reason she had never run into this guy in the past. The voice though easily brought back earlier's event and her lips curved into a light smirk. The guy who almost hit me earlier.... she thought, her eyes never rose to meet his own but she could feel the tension between them. Amalia couldnt help but laugh at his words, "Trouble really? Next time maybe you'll actually hit me." Amalia shot back with sarcasm dripping off each word.
Normally she didn't allow anyone to handle her like this, she could have fought back but really where was that going to get her. This hadn't been the first time and sure enough wouldnt be the last. "If you don't move out of my way, your the one who's going to be in trouble and regret we ever had this encounter." She said, her hazel colored eyes holding a hint of annoyance within them. Several different thoughs wandered about her mind, one specific one catching her attention. Perhaps if she managed to slip out of the school during a class she'd be able to atleast put a few nice scratches into its surface. Shaking the thought away, she couldnt help but sigh realizing he still hadnt moved.
"If your wanting an apology or something, your not getting it. Your actually doing me a favor by keeping me here really. I don't have much intention on getting to class." Amalia admitted truthfully, flashing a brilliant grin. Of course by now she had settled it. She'd be doing whatever she could to get on his nerves. Leanign slightly forward she spoke, "Or maybe you have an interest in something you can never have....." She said lowly, wondering if he would finally move. Her eyes traveled over to some of the other guys that stood around and she sent them glares. Its funny how everyones so nosey... she thought.

Derek stormed down the ornate stairway, not even bothering to listen to the shouts that were following him down the stairs.
"Derek, get back here...we're not done talking about this!" A male voice shouted from somewhere in the maze of hallways they called a house.
"I have to get to school," Derek retorted back as he rolled his eyes.
It was to early to deal with this, and frankly, he wasn't in the mood. Not that he ever was, his dad was a big banker and never home, so somehow his perfect older had decided it was his job to keep track of his younger brother. It was all just a big joke of a family in his opintion as he sighed, grabbing his jacket off the racket, and grabbing his keys off of the glass table at the entrance, someone, he didn't see who, opened the door for him as he stormed through it before anyone could catch up.
Sliding over the leather into the roofless car he stuck the keys in the igniton,r evving the engint and pulling out of the circular driveway and onto the streets, in his rearview mirror he could see his brother rush out of their house, he smiled, waving behind his head before turning a corner and sinking back into his seat. He knew what he wanted to talk about, the reason he had woken him up early this morning. It was the same thing it always was, taking life seriously, and taking part in the wonderful family business of banking. He didn't see what the problem was, he already played by their rules, played their games, attened all the family events, and what ever else he was supposed to. Honestly, he just had no intrest in the numbers.
He was so preoccupied he didn't notice the speedometer slowly rising, suddenly a girl jumping infront of the car, slamming on the breaks suddenly, pulled out of his thoughts, honking his horn as he ignored the one behind him. "what the hell are you doing?" He shouted to the girl before she dissapeared, running his hands through his his eyes as she shook his head. "Stupid girl..." He muttered before himself, as the car behind him honked again hitting the gas as he drove the few short blocks to the school, pulling into a parking spot with a sigh, slamming the door behind him as he got out.
"there are are Derek! I thought you were gonna be late again." He heard the familiar voice of his friend Matt behind him.
"Nah, I don't feel like a detention today," He laughed as he turned around, flashing a smile as he shook his head.
Matt laughed as they headed into the school, easyly finding the rest of their friends putting off going to class. Derek slid in easly, leaning up against the lockers with his arms crossed over his chest, his normal casual stance. He was one of the few underclassmen who could get join the upperclassmen. He knew they were regarded as the 'rich' and sometimes 'stuck-up' but he really didnt care. He was just about to make a comment when he felt someone run into him, he glanced at the figure, recognizing the figure, before he gave it much thought he grabbed her arm, pushing her up against the lockers, gaining the attention of the nearest guys.
He raised an eyebrow as her warning. "Or what?" He asked almost scarsacticly, regardless of what people thought he had more than just words and money behind him, he knew how to defend himself, and attack in necessary. "That was quite a stunt you pulled this morning... if your not careful your gonna get yourself in real trouble, you know that, right?" He asked her, raising an eyebrow in an innocent gesture though his warning was anything but.

The rooftops are liberating, the wind in her hair is cool with the city’s morning dew and steam form ovens and furnaces warming up the day. A young girl pushes herself to go faster along the rooftops. Her face and physique hidden by the still dark morning. She stopped for a minute catching her breath, contemplating where she should leap to next, she ran foreward on top of the roof of a restaurant, jumping onto a cooling fan she jumped from that to the other rooftop, throwing her backpack to the other side, she grabbed onto the side of the building almost falling. Looking down she realized just how close she was to death, that or seriously injuring herself. School started in a mere few minutes, and she was still almost a block away. The girl pulled herself up as the sun gradually peaked its orange head, bathing the rooftop in sunlight. Her eyes cast a glance over the vast buildings ahead, scanning her next path across the rooftops. Seeing that the building ahead was slightly lower than the rooftop she was on, but not far enough to be fatal, Amalia took a running jump and landed on the structure, somersaulting to avoid injury. Without losing momentum she quickly saw an air duct and lept to it. It was narrow, but wide enough for her to keep balance on. A chilling wind blew across the city, amplified by Amalia's current elevation. The harsh wind managed to find her hair through her hoodie and whip it around painfully. She pulled the hoodie tighter around her as her body twist within the air, her feet landing gracefully on yet another rooftop across from her original building. Being a runner like she was, entitled harrowing jumps, bottomless pitfalls, and the grim fact that any jump could be your last. All this allowed her mind to drift away from reality.
Leaping up onto a bench she stepped across the top of it like a trapeze, extending her arms out in attempts to keep herself up. At the end of it she somersaulted and landed back on her feet. "Crazy children these days." an old women commented, who was sitting at upon the bench. Amalia's lips curved into a smile, "It's the suicidal ones that are insane." she retorted, continuing on her way along the sidewalk. Two minutes. Tick tock. School's only a few steps away but yet her intentions aren't set on the building. Instead she darts across the street where a car almost hits her but fortunately skids to an abrupt halt. The sound of honking blared in her ears, and Amalia brought a hand up to flick the guy off. "Idiot." she muttered, setting her focus on the school now. Perhaps the word was working against her, and she wasnt meant to wander off.
Pushing past the double doors at the entrance of the school, Amalia shoved past the crowds of students. Her small frame slipped past some of the upper classmen, trying to avoid them as much as possible this morning. Unfortunately her arm was suddenly yanked back and she was shoved up against a locker. Her dark eyes rose, and narrowed. "Back off..." she hissed lifting her hands up to try and remove his.
Ooc: Ok Amalia is basically this loner, and suicidal girl who's trying to keep herself under control by free running. (If you have no clue what that is, check out the awesome video ). She's constantly getting herself hurt, and of course no ones out to stop her from these insane acts. Your character can be the guy who's car she ran out in front of and flicked off. This would be the same person who stopped her in the hallway. Although I can change that if you like. =] and as for the picture, it doesnt have to be real I just chose to use them. Private
