S.I.G.H.T.L.E.S.S [[Private]]

"Pathetic creatures, these humans. Ugly, mindless beings. Why can't they speed up killing themselves so we can finally have this planet to ourselves?" A pair of yellow eyes glanced to the man seated on the rooftop beside him in slight disgust. The silver-haired, blue eyed demon glanced over at his dark haired partner and nudged his shoulder a bit. "That's not a good look for you, in my opinion. Come on, you have to realize that you were stationed here to have some fun and go hunting a lower race for our race to take over eventually, Kaine" He said, standing and brushing himself off. The demon looked down at the other and ruffled his hair a bit before dissapearing, leaving the other demon alone.

Kaine sighed in relief once the other demon was gone and stood himself, looking out on to the night lights of the city that he was stationed in. He believed that this race was pathetic as well, like his partner, but he didn't see a reason for them to die without a reason. He was supposed to be murdering these creatures, but he refused to take a life without a cause. He was a demon, yes, but he wasn't ruthless and evil. He was just indifferent to the whole thing. The sooner he could escape to a quiet place to spend the rest of his miserable life alone, the better, in his opinion.

The demon jumped off the building and closed his eyes, enjoying the brief few seconds of cool air on his face before he landed in the middle of a busy sidewalk in the shopping district in the city that never slowed down, no matter what time of the night it was. One would think that having a demon land in the middle of a group of humans would set off some sort of alarm, but luckily for Kaine, he had the gift and privledge of becoming invisible to most humans eyes. He weaved his way around the crowds of people, keeping his head down as he began to make his way towards the place he was staying at with his partner. There was nothing better to acomplish that night, the humans weren't going anywhere and there weren't any exciting or unexpected events to help pass the time.

Or so Kaine thought. Until he turned the corner and almost got run over by a couple of paramedics with a human on a stretcher. He stepped back quickly and stopped as he watched them put the human girl into the ambulance and then hurry off towards the hospital. He stood there until he could no longer see the flashing lights and the sirens of the truck and then he shrugged and turned to continue walking. But he continued to stay there. He didn't know why, but something about that intrigued him, made him curious about that young human woman. He didn't know why, but something inside him was pulling him towards the hospital. He ran a hand through his hair and then turned, making his way towards the hospital.

Kaine had never been into a human hospital before, and as soon as he stepped in he hated it. The smells were toxic and horrid and it was too... clean and white. But even all that wasn't driving him away from being curious. So he began wandering the halls, glancing into rooms until he found the one he was looking for. He stood outside the girl's room for a minute or two before opening the door and going in as silently as he could. He quickly closed the door behind him and stood against the wall, his yellow eyes glowing a bit in the dark room. He looked around and pulled the shades down over the windows beside the door before taking his invisability off. He took a couple steps forward and then stopped, just standing there trying not to make any noise while he watched her.
