" AHHHHH! you crazy lady not like that, what the hell I ment hanging out." she looked atupid for screaming at thin air.
"I was just told to go to a room ugh shes crazy. i wouldnt give it up just like that I mean Im not a whore I." she was babaling and then looked at the two. "Im sorry I uh, was just venting." she laughed.

Both Yukari and Chen looked at Ran, their expressions revealing all. Neither of them could understand the reason for this kind of outburst, and they were now both looking at Ran as if he were insane for falling for Skyler like he had.

Then Yukari spoke. "As much as I'm going to regret it, I agree wholeheartedly with your answer." She stood up and walked toward Skyler, using her power to remove Ran and Chen from the room and out of earshot. "If you want your 'moment', then there's a small bedroom in the basement of this house..." she pointed to one of the doors - "...that neither Ran nor Chen know about." she finished, before bringing the two shikigami back. "I wish you two the best of luck!" she exclaimed happily, as a rift enveloped her, and she vanished.

Although it was out of context, Ran knew that it would be the best if he answered her. "You're not boring, Skyler."

Skyler threw the paper with out looking at it and stood. " I love him for him and you need to except that you got it. I dont care any more your the only god damnd reason We cant have a moment justbecause you think Im boring dosent mean he thinks Im boring." she stated and then looked at him. " Im not boring right. " She looked sad ,abit scared that she was.

At this, Yukari seemed a bit taken aback. After all the times Ran must have talked to Skyler, and she didn't even have any idea what honorifics were?! So, she opened up a dimensional rift beside her and reached in, pulling out a small piece of paper and closing the gap behind her. "Here." she stated, holding back laughter. "This will explain it better than any of us can. Although... I would like to know what you find as 'real stuff' and what you define as 'boring'. Could you clarify on that?" she asked.

Well hes funny and smart and crazy and I love the way he thinks hes better then me" she laughed and then continued. "oh and I love the way he talks about real stuff not boring, insipid things." she smiled looking at Ran. "Oh, and what dose san mean?" she stated with a questioning look.

Yukari was waiting back inside. Only once the three of them were seated did she begin to talk. "Skyler-san..." she began. "You know what Ran truly is, and yet you are not mad at him for hiding his true form. So allow me to ask you. What has caused you to fall in love with my shikigami of all beings? You did not know what kind of person he was, or even what he looked like, until tonight. I implore you to choose your answer carefully; I will not allow my own subordinate to be hurt without good reason." she warned.

Skyler stood and then pulled Chen up on her shoulders. "Come on lets get yelled at some more." she laughed and walked to Ran linking her hand in his and smiling."Come on." she began to walk soft so that she did hurt him.

Chen smiled as Skyler hugged her so close. "You're all right here, more importantly you're completely safe here even if you don't belong." As she said this, her tails wrapped around Skyler's leg, and her left ear gave a light twitch.

Finally able to stand and walk, Ran followed out onto the patio. His fluffy tails were fully revealed, and his hat was off, revealing the fox ears atop his head. "Yukari wishes to speak to you." he stated. "To all of us, actually."

Skyler smiled and picked chen up. "your really cute." Skyler smiled and snuggled her. "I think that I like you alot." she said and put her down. "I feel like its my fault I feel like I shouldnt be here. She looked around. "Well thats obviouse." she stated.

Chen followed right behind her. "Skyler-chan... Ran-sama isn't being hurt because of you. Truth is, Yukari-sama's always like that to Ran-sama. If I had to guess, I would say the reason is because even though Ran-sama belongs to Yukari-sama, he still has a personality of his own. Last month, Ran-sama was attacked by some humans and fought back in self defense despite Yukari-sama's orders. She beat him for doing what any sane person would do, so I assure you your presence has nothing to do with this..." she promised.

Skyler closed her eyes and turnd walking ot of the room saying "Im leving I cant let Ran get hurt over me." She walked ou and thenrelized that she couldnt leave. Skler walked out side and to a place that she could breath.

Yukari shook her head. "Ran is nothing like my son. If anything Ran is just a tool to me, a means by which I can achieve an end. That you came on a day I would decide to punish him is entirely coincidental. He would follow me if I told him to, but you couldn't be more wrong about the reason. Now, the biggest reason I haven't sent you back to earth is because as normal and boring as you are to me, you seem to have taken Ran's heart. Ran has been watching the earth twelve hours a day for the past one hundred and thirty years, so finding someone like you that could completely occupy his attention like you did is enough for me to know there's much more to you." At this, a spark flew from her fingers, undoing the stocks right next to her, and Ran fell to the ground, too weak to land on his feet safely.
