Skyler had a quick rush to the house she would be leaveing and as soon as she grabed her stuff she grabed her keys and ran to the car her mph was at 85 and she hit the gas even harder. hopeing to get there as soon as possible it took her a whole but at 8:30 she got there and took a deep breath and she fixed herself up.
"Okay be cool." she got out of the car and walked to the door it swong open and she looked around.

The next time he looked at the computer and noticed he had a message, he quickly responded.

Finally the final bell rang, and through his own power Ran watched as Skyler ran to her car and struggled to be the first one to get away from the school before the big traffic jam that came with the end of a school day. He had told her he would be waiting in the next town over, at the nearest McDonalds, and of course she had a picture of him, obviously without the ears and tail.

Skyler ran up atairs and checked her computer. 'Hmm His family wandts to meet me." she looked at her self in the mirror and began to pack all of her nice clothes and the clothes she would wear when they were alone.
She was so excited she couldnt speek.

Hey Ran I cant wait to meet your ma and stuff but im kinda nerves I hope they like me. I mean What are they into do I need to dress a cirten way.

Skyler gave a eeep and floated down the stairs after she hit send and then looked at the clock.

Skyler was even more nerves she was so scared he wouldnt like her.
SHe was sitting in math friday was takeing forever to end and she wasnt happy about that.

As Ran read Skyler's reply, his right ear gave a light twitch in amazement. "She really doesn't care about that sort of thing...?" he breathed out, turning his head to see Chen peering over his shoulder. "Chen..." he stated flatly. "Should you really be watching over me like this?"

"But it's so fun!" the young catgirl replied, much to Ran's embarrassment. "So, when do we get to meet the lucky girl who managed to capture your heart?" she asked.

Ran looked down, clearly too embarrassed to respond. Instead, he gave a quick response before hitting the send key.

I can have it ready in a few days, but my family really wants to meet you. Also, I may not be on later tonight, depending on what my mother needs me to do."

Of course the "mother" he was referring to was none other than his master, Yukari. It surprised him somewhat that she had taken interest in her servant's personal life, but then again, that was one of the big reasons Ran liked working for her so much.

(Alright, so that's at least what he LOOKS like. Obviously he doesn't wear those clothes when they meet, and when she first sees him he won't have the fox ears and the tails.)

Immediately after sending the message, the young fox leaned back in the small couch of his, his tails fanning about behind him. His ear gave a light twitch as he heard a light sound, and he sat up and looked behind him to see a twin-tailed catgirl entering the room. "Oh... you're awake, Ran-sama?" she asked, jogging up to him to see what he was doing.

Ran gave a kind smile. "Of course I'm awake, Chen..."he replied, just as the computer on his lap gave a buzz. Interested once again, Ran turned his attention to the device and read what Skyler had responded.

At this, Ran couldn't help but give a light chuckle. From where he, his sister, and their master lived, he could literally travel anywhere in the human world or the spirit world at any given moment, since their master, Yukari Yakumo was the gatekeeper between the two worlds. Of course... since Yukari was lazy and all, most of the responsibility went to him and Chen. Serving a master who slept 12 hours a day was never easy, especially considering the tasks the two of them were charged with. As it was, Chen was old enough to clean and watch the border. Ran, however, was in charge of going to the site of any disruptions in the border, cooking, living a personal life, and most importantly, making sure no one ever disturbed Yukari's slumber. How he managed that in a day was still beyond him, but it did help that hardly anyone on the human side knew about the spirit world, and even less were mad enough to try and disrupt the barrier.

Smiling lightly, Ran's fingers danced across the keys.

I wouldn't want to concern your mother, so I'd prefer it if we discussed that detail at a later time. As for when, I will be ready whenever you are.

he replied, before hitting the "Send" key.

Skyler ran down the stairs and shot out the door trying to get to her car before she missed school. "AH, Shit!" she hissed as she suffed a do-nut into her mouth and scrambled for her key's. skyler found her keys quick and shoved it into the egnition , starting it up.
As skyler backed down the drive way she noticed her phone was going off. "what in the hell." she sighed and picked it up. "Skyler." her mother was on the other end. "What Im gonna be late." She said in a rush. "Skyler, today is saterday." When Skyler heard that she hung the phone up and drove up the drive way. "I swear I am going to smach that damn alarm clock in." Skyler got out the car and locked it, walkeding to the front door she swong it open and walked in stoping up stairs.
Skyler smiled as she looked at her computer flashing. "Hmm. why would he send me something so early?" she questiond and walked to the laptop sitting down and opening the letter from her penpal.

Dear Skyler.
Hey, I have wanted to ask you this for a while and I am gonna do it now since summer is amongst us. I was wondering if you would like to meet me half way we can see some sights and hang around. So what do you think?"
Skylers eyes widend and she smiled. "MOM! " she yelled and ran down stairs. "OMG! mom you will never guess what." She smiled and grabed her mother. "He asked me to meet up with him half way." Skyler looked at her mother for the aproval to go see him. "So can I."
"Skyler who are you talking about?"
Mom..... Ugh, My Penpal." Skyler rolled her eyes because she new her mother new who she was talking about. "why do you do that?" skyler smiled and ran up staires. "MA, it's a wekk before summer and Im packing up now Im gonna ask how long we will be there." Skyler ran and began to write him.
