She blushed lightly, looking at him with her orangebrown eyes, smiling softly at him again. She blinked at his sudden passion, but decided to kiss him back deeply as he did her. She closed her eyes slowly, wrapping her arms around his waste and hugging him against her slightly tight.

Till blushed deeper when she told him of when they were younger. He smiled softly and nodded. "I see... I remember that day fondly... You wore your favorite dress just for me and you said that you wanted to go to the water fall... I remember taking you and you almost fell in... I also remember carving our names into the tree..." He gently rested his hand on her cheek and smiled softly. "You are still just as beautiful as well." He said and began to kiss her gently. "I always hoped that I would get to spend my life with you Lirianni... I love you with all of my heart." He said and began to kiss her gently.

Her eyes glitzered as she stared into his orangebrown hues, a violent blush across her soft, pale cheeks. She bit her lower lip, a bit hesitant to answer the question. Her eyes then became cold and dark, they narrowed as she thought back in time on when they where just little children.

--flashback[AGE:][Liranii - 14][Till - 15]
She ran through the tall weeds, the night glew ever-so-bright and she was just skipping along, with Till's hand in hers. She smiled, until eventually finding a stopping point, turning over to hold both of his hands in hers, staring him straight in the eye. She smiled brightly at him, " Till, can you promise me something?" she said slowly, he was blushing and was quite shy and nervous. " What is it, Liranii?" he looked down to her, his breathing became heavy. " Promise me, that we'll be friends forever.. and that we will be married one day, and have kids. You HAVE to promise me. I've known you all of my life, I love you, Till." Till blushed at her sudden passion, then nodded quickly. " I promise, Liranii." he pulled her into a very tight, loving hug. She closed her eyes, laying her head on his chest to rest it, sighing.

She looked back to Till, kissing him once again before moving her lips closely to his ear. " ...Ever since the moment the moon was shining down, we were young and in love. And when we carved our names and promise on that tree we stood by, hugging eachother. That's, how long I've loved you.. Till. " She smiled at him, looking back into his eyes. She still had the same, beautiful smile as she did when she met Till.

" I don't think you realize how much I love you, I wake up everyday just for you, you motivate and inspire me to go even further, you made me into who I am this very moment. If I wasn't to of met you, I would be somewhere dead, or somewhere being sold. I am so lucky to have met you, I can't even imagine you loving another."

Till shivered slightly as he smiled. "I love you too Lirianni." As they embraced the other's chose as well. At the end of the choosings Till took Lirianni's hand and led her away so they could be alone. He smiled and squeezed her hand gently. "... How long have you had these feelings for me?" He asked her softly.

Liranii arched her eyebrows, burrying her face in his neck, her breath cold against his neck as her eyes closed, smiling softly. " I love you, Till... You make me feel wonderful, like no other could." she whispered softly in his ear, looking into his eyes as she kissed him deeply once again, wrapping her arms around his neck, arching her back as she pressed his body against his.

Till gasped and his heart stopped. He then slowly smiled and stepped toward the stage. He stepped up with all of the others and smiled as he took Lirianni's hand and smiled. "Thank you Lirianni... You have made me the luckiest man in the world." He said and leaned down and kissed her. He could now kiss her with no fear of the villagers. He was so happy she had chosen him and they would be mates forever and be only with each other. He then hugged her tightly as he held onto her.

Her heart sank to her chest, looking down as she picked at her fingernails. Liranii looked like she was in -very- deep thought. A million thoughts were going through her mind, if she chose Till, then they would be happier. But if she chose any other villager they might treat her disrespectful. She looks up, inhaling deeply, then exhaling slowly. She smiled at them all, looking over to the crowd as she stared Till straight in the eyes coldly as she opened her lips to speak, " I choose Till, to be my mate." Liranii smiles, as the people gasped and looked over at him like he was disgusting or something. Liranii blushed violently, still looking at him. " Till, I've loved you for a long time.. and I don't think I can hide it anymore! It is your decision entirely if you would like to marry me or not, please, oh please, just tell me what you want to do.. I will do anything for you, and I want you to realize that!"

Till blushed when Liranii kissed the top of his head and then watched her walk off. Till followed behind her and took Meril's hand. He then held her on his shoulders so she could watch her first Sakura choosing. He smiled as all of the God's and Goddesses took the stage and everyone watched as the Temple Head Monk spoke to them. "Will the Gods and Goddesses now make they're decision." He said as one by one they chose everyone. After 15 minuets it was Liranii's turn. Till smiled and watched her and waited to see who she would choose for her mate.

Liranii looks down, sighing softly as she nodded slowly, she bit her lower lip and looked down to her beautiful dress. She sighed softly once again and glanced up at him, grinning at him. " I hope I will make them happy, too. You'll just have to see." she saw how deeply he was staring into her eyes, she got butterflies in her stomach as she closed her eyes, holding her stomach as she stood up slowly, leaning in to place her soft fingertips on his cheeks, kissing his forehead. She slowly walked away, walking to the huge crowd of people, walking up onto the float.

Till was having a great time like always. He had helped a few of the vilalgers meet the gods and they all took an immediate liking to each other. Till was so happy that everyone was finding each other. He then sighed and looked to the lake. He saw Liranni looking down and sad. He sighed and left the party and Meril followed. He stopped and shook his head. "Meril... May I have a few moments alone please?" He asked and Meril smiled then skipped off to continue to play. Till was glad to be alone with Liranni and walked up to her. "Hi Lirianni... Why aren't you enjoying the festival with everyone else." He asked her as he sat down and sighed looking out over the water. "It's a beautiful night." He wanted to say she looked beautiful but he didn't have enough courage left to say off the bat. He then looked at the moon. "It's almost the choosing time... For everyone to find they're mate for this year..." His palms were sweating as he looked to her. "I hope you find your true love Lirianni... I know you will make them very happy." He said with a smile he only gave her and looked deep into her eyes.

Liranii looked down to herself, then back up to Till. Music was playing in the distance and you could hear it faintly. " I haven't gone yet. Are they practicing or just starting?" she squinches her eyes against the sunlight, pouting a little bit. " Today is just not my day." she chuckled softly, looking down bashfuly at her feet, sighing. " Sorry for pouting, I'm going to go check on the people over here." she slowly walks over to the practice, watching them all, sighing. It took them forever to practice, but she didn't mind.

-Night time, when the festival just starts-

The fireflies fly low and high, glowing up the darkness. Liranii was sitting on a stone bench by a beautiful lake, with lilly pads and flowers, crickets and toads. She let the ripples in the water reflect against her pale, lit up face and the moonlight make her hair look shiny and silky, she sighed in deep thought of who she was going to take. Liranii glanced over to Till, smiling cheerfuly and having a wonderful time. Her eyes glimmered, forcing herself to smile. She thought he was perfect, he was the one that lit up her dark sky, the one who lights up her darkened and empty heart. The one she thinks about every day constantly and non-stop. She didn't want to seen as a perfect Goddess, she wanted to be seen as Liranii, a normal and average person.

That's exactly how she thought he saw her, as Liranii. The average person like everybody else. Not Goddess Liranii.

...Liranii, just... loves Till.

Meril smiled and bowed with a smile. "You look beautiful my Goddess." She said with a smile as Till shook his head. "Don't worry about it Liranii... It's water under the bridge." He told her softly as he bowed as well. "Have you enjoyed the festival at all?" He asked her with a smile.
