Hmm well we still have to bury your grandmother. I was thinking something like the neighboring kingdom that this kingdom used to be at war with catches wind of the death and figures this is a good time to declare war again while there's no stable ruler. And eventually Syris gets called to the front to support the troops. thoughts? suggestions?

Syris hardly stirred at all the whole time he slept and didn't make a sound at all. Slowly his slumber was broken when he could feel Raven stirring next time him. His eyes fluttered open slowly, noticing right away that her perfect eyes were staring back at him. He smiled lightly to her. "Morning.." He said lightly, nuzzling the tip of his nose against hers.

Raven seemed to just sleep dreamless as she woke up she was grateful for that at least as she had feared nightmares would come to claim her once more as she laid there she looked up to his eyes. She wasn't sure what much she could offer him with everything he was giving her.

His mind just seemed to drift off into some vast plain of existence while he slumbered. He was dreaming of blue sky's and clear rivers. An endless field of yellow and red flowers. Syris turned spotting his Raven standing on a small hill next to him. She was wearing a simple, long yellow gown. She glanced over her bare shoulder towards him, giving a warm smile which he too returned. She looked so beautiful. He walked up on the hill beside her, wrapping his arms around her and spinning her playfully around. She laughed at his antics, her bare feet returning to the ground. He picked a perfect yellow flower, tucking it behind one of her ears. "I love you." He mouthed, unable to hear the words. She mouthed the same back and the two engaged one another in a passionate kiss....

Raven was grateful for him being with her as she just couldn't believe how he seemed to really to hold her together. The next day would feel just as worse today. She knew that the next week in fact would be horrible. She gave a sigh as she finally let sleep just take her away.

Syris relaxed his body, breathing ever so lightly as he lay next to her. Not a care in his mind since the only thing he'd ever want was in his arms. What a life they were going to have together. It couldn't get much better then this. Syris lightly kissed the side of Raven's neck. "Sleep well." He whispered. Before shortly after drifting off himself.

Raven nodded her head to him. "Yes we must wait til after the wedding for that" she said to him with a smile as she couldnt' help but think of how he thought sometimes. "As many as we can" she said as she remembered loosing her brothers and wishing to have more so not to be alone. Raven had lost everyone of her blood line and it had happened all in front of her. As she slipped into sleep and the hours went on nightmares came to her as she dreamed of each one dying. Her grandmother was the only one that went peacefully.

Syris smiled warmly when Raven curled in towards him, holding him close to her. He did the same, running a soft hand against her cheek ever so gently. "Hmmm, just one week.. Guess that means we have to wait a week before we can.. rr.. yaa..." He said softly with a smirk, she probably knew what he meant. "How many children are you willing?" He asked curiously.
