The elders happily obliged to Daniel's words but smiled. "They Alpha is the one that chooses what we hunt, they are our guardians. But we are their guards. They are the ones that in their presance keeps us sane. They are the Alpha's that begin the mating ceremony. And as you have already mated. It seems that there is not needed."

Cody awoke and strched. Looking up at the ceiling she tilted her head. She smiled. She was a silver wolf now. And she would live happily with Daniel. Yes there would always be obsitcles. But they would make it. As the woman got to her feet she groaned from the pain in her back. She hated sleeping on her back and she had last night. As she walked down the stairs she went to the kitchen to begin breakfast. She saw the guards. Or rather a few pack members outside her home.

She made a large breakfast. Not just for herself. And for Daniel. But those men outside protecting her. As the breakfast of pancakes and sausage was made she poked her head outside. "Why dont you guys come on in and feed your bellies." The men looked up then smiling they moved inside. She moved to her seat after pulling out several chairs as the three men sat around and began to eat. "Where has Daniel gone?" She asked softly.

"He went to the elders. Two others trail him." The one Nuana spoke with a smile. The only one that was female.

Cody smiled and nodded. "Thank you Nauna." The little wolfess smiled and nodded as she began to eat. Cody herself began to eat relaxed. She would make more when they returned. If the amount here was aten but there was enough for eight people she doubted it would be necicary.

"im never leaving your side again.."smiled daniel closing the door.. Daniel walked a short distance and entered another bedroom falling to the bed exhausted. he thought about everything that had happened so far.. about the pack that would follow them and the enemies they now had.. he couldnt shake the feeling there was something out there more dangerous than Vera or those government lackies.

"whatever it is.. I just hope im strong enough to protect cody"he thought before changing to a small smile "and the pups" Daniel in all that had transpired had overseen the fact that he was an expectant father.. and would be married to the girl he loved. He wondered what kind of a dad he would become as he dozed off

the next morning Daniel got up early and went outside.. talking with some of the pack members.. they had the loyalty of most of the wolves in the wntire coast.. except for a few that were still loyal to Vera. Daniel asked the elders more information about the responsiblities of alpha as well as the pack's history

Cody kissed him softly. 'That's likely because the wolf doesn't like a little female making desissions. Especially crucial ones." She said softly and as he began to move away she frowned. "Now hold up mister. I just got you back. Theres no way your not warming my bed for me tonight." She crossed her arms over her chest. Her breast seemed fuller. Heavier with milk. And as she looked at him her head tilted. Then a smile crossed her lips and she nodded moving up behind him her arm's wrapped around him. "Of course I will marry you Daniel." She said softly.

She gave a yawn and blushed three shades of red. Smiling she patted Daniels shoulder. "just promise me something.." She spoke quietly. "Don't sneak off anymore."

"but cody.. the wolf inside me.. you dont understand.. it wants to dominate you, but i dont want to.. but recently its been getting worse, maybe we should sleep in different rooms for now"said daniel shaking hishead with a worried look

"Cody I love you so much"he added holding her by the shoulders, looking deeply into her eyes that were different since her recent transformation. "no matter happens.. you know that deep down inside its still me.. the same daniel"

Daniel stood up and slowly walked over to the door. "when i fix this.. "he said looking at the ring she was still wearing. "will you marry me Cody?"

Cody had gasped as she was pinned to the bed. She trembled. "Y..your alpha." She blushed looking up at him. Moaning softly as his hand touched between her legs.

Her eyes closed as she looked up at him she tilted her head. Then leaning up she kissed him softly. "It's okay Daniel. Your wolf needed to hear he was boss." She spoke softly. As she gently touched his cheek.

"You are the alpha." She spoke again. Her eyes watched him gently.

Daniel pulled her to him and pinned her on the bed, Daniels eyes were different.. he kissed her rather forcibly as if she were simply beneath him

"thats right.. im the alpha.. say it again Cody" he whispered in her ear, slowly reaching between her legs.. "say it cody"he told her again nipping his neck.. he pinned her arms down forcibly almost hurting her this time before she could even try and say it

"I... what am I doing?"gasped Daniel sitting up covering his face.. he had totally lost it for a second. "Cody.. I didnt mean to.. "he tried to add

She tilted her head and nodded. "True." Then she was being pulled inside. She gave a squeak following after him. Her eyes opened wide in fear as she looked at him. She tripped almost falling but got her footing then looked at him her head tilted.

She looked curious. She closed the door. Looking to Daniel as she followed him. "You know I will follow you... Your my alpha..My mate." She spoke softly.

She looked confused as her eyes looked to him with question marks in them she then ran a hand through her hair. "You ok?"

Daniel shook his head.. "i dont think their Vera's, perhaps the goverments but they seem to be too secretive. anyway..."said grabbing Cody in his arms and kissing her

"im sorry for ever leaving you, ill make it up witht he rest of my life"he said, he drew a smile before reverting to a frown

"hmm"he stammered a bit.. the wolf inside him was not liking his relationship with Cody.. It felt like the alpha wolf prefered dominance over the mutual aspect. a problem daniel had felt since the start which he hoped he could fix by showing the wolf inside him that he made the decisions for the 2 of them.. however since his silver wolf gained full strength he felt it started disagreeing with him again

"let's go inside eh?"he said holding Cody's hand and pulling her with him

Cody laughed and shook her head. "I wasn't thinking of permision. They need us Daniel. Vera has screwed this pack up. Sure not all of them are going to like us at first. But in the end. The pack will function better." She spoke softly as she touched his cheek.

" As for those men. I don't think they will want to piss me off. Their just stupid men. And well. I bet their Vera's or the goverments." She shrugged her shoulders. "With the help of the ones loyal to us we can make a safe area from that. Because they are in danger too. Nauna lost her little brother to those men. He was just a baby."

"yeah we should"said daniel watching Vera escape, he eyed her as she disappeared from sight. "you handled yourslef pretty well there.. but about the alpha thing.. I dont know much about it myself actually.. something about th epacks uniting and picking the alpha silver wolf next month.. picking from all the silver wolves"he told her shaking his head. "I dont want any part of it but the packing is kinda asking me as a favor.. actually they are asking the both of us to participate since your silver now as well. However I wont allow you to join, not just because your pregnant but because its my job to take care of you.

Daniel looked at Cody once more.. "and there is another problem I failed to mention.. ther men in suits that were chasing us before.. they wont stop until theyve caught us.. dead or alive this time I heard"

Cody had curled up for a nap while Daniel had gone to the doctor. She awoke quickly as she herd claw clicks on the walk way outside. Ears pinned she stayed still. There was Vera. Coming. And by the looks of it she was pissed.

She tilted her head as Tyr came around the house he and his little sister Nauna had taken it upon themselves to protect Cody and her pups. "She is challanging you.." Tyr spoke quietly. "For Daniel. A fight to the death."

Cody looked to Vera. Then sighed. "You should never have lied..This is your fault. Go home Vera. And look for your mate."

"Daniel is the one i want!" Vera lunged at cody and Cody scooted to the side and the white wolf Crashed to the ground. "Fight me!"

Sighing Cody looked away but the howl of the challange called her wolf out and it was one pissed off wolf. It's fangs bared as the large pregante silver wolf stared down at the the other. When Vera lunged at her Cody smacked her aside. Vera crashed against a tree with a yelp. "Leave me and my family alone!" Cody growled.

Cody if you kill her yourself and Daniel will be alphas." Tyr called to Cody. Cody shook her head. "All i want is to live peacefully with my mate and pups." She spoke calmly but as Vera lunged up suddenly bitting Cody's leg Cody steppped on her muzzle. The white Vera gave a yelp and ran down the path way. Dodging Daniel. Cody sat in her wolf form watching Daniel as Nauna ran inside and grabbed a blanket wrapping it around Cody. Cody then turned back to her human shape and looked at Daniel. "I don't know Daniel. Perhaps we need to talk about this alpha stuff."

Daniel hugged her tightly.. but as he looked at the doctor, he saw in her eyes a different face, like she was hiding a problem from them. Daniel shrugged it off for now just chrishing the moment that fate decided to grant him and Cody

after a couple of hours and in human form Daniel knocked on the doctors room, as he entered he closed the door behind him

"spill it.. something is wrong?"he asked the doctor leaning on her desk

"Daniel you know your union just pissed off a lot of people.. Vera for one... and the people in suits.. with Cody at your side there is no way you will accept there offer for a test now right?"asked the doctor

"definilty not.. Cody and I.. we'll just disappear you know, go somewhere the world will leave us alone"asnwered Daniel confidently

"it's not that simple, Vera may have been weakened by recent events but the other group.. they will hunt you.. and now Cody since she is a silver wolf as well and your mate"said the doctor going through some papers

"Daniel turned around and opened the door going out. "then I will fight.. for Cody and the pups, I am a Alpha silver wolf after all.. and if all the bullshit the pack has been telling me has been true.. I might just stand a chance"he said calmly closing the door behind him
