Renesmee sighed in relief as she listened to Carlisle explain that nothing about Jake would change except he would be more attuned to nature. Renesmee suddenly noticed a third bite mark on the back of his neck and her face pulled into a frown of confusion "Jacob I only bit you twice...why is there a third bite mark?" she asked and touched it softly. A soft knocking interrrupted their talk and Carlisle stepped in with a grave look on his face "Jacob, Nessie, we're going to have to talk" he said and sat down in a chair across from them with an odd expression on his face. It made Renesmee nervous and she clutched at Jake when it was said that he would be turned into a child of the moon "what?!" she screeched and stood sharply. "Carlisle! What does this mean for us?" she asked fearfully and glanced between Jake and Carlisle with a hunted expression, would Jake come to hate her like the Children hated vampires and what of their imprinting? The questions made her head ache and she dropped to sit by Jake again with her head in her hands "this can't be happening" she groaned and leaned against his side.

Jacob smiled and nuzzled her nose with his own when there was a knock and carlisle stepped in the room. jacob perked an eyebrow and wondered why he was in her and he heard nessie say "jacob i only bit you twice why is there a third bit mark." carlisle sighed and frowned sitting down and said "jacob nessie were gonna have to talk..." jacob turned around with her in his lap and she sat stareing at her grandpa just like jacob was. "jacob your not gonna like what im about to say probally....." jacob tilted his head and said "nessie you either cause we did this while you weren't looking..." he could tell where this was head and said "but im alive...." carlisle said "exactly the point if we would have bit you your body's heat would have just furanced the venom....so we got someone more liek you to do it...." jacob's eyes widened and his heart rate floored the accelrator when carlisle said his next words "jacob....your gonna turn into one of the children of the moon...."

Renesmee sobbed and bit her lip as she started to cry, she heard him rush over to her and gather her in his arms she twisted to him and buried her face in his chest "But Jake you almost died" she sobbed. "You know how many times I've heard that" he said and chuckled before cupping her chin in his hand and kissing her softly on the mouth, she kissed him back and wrapped her arms around his neck. He would love even if it killed him, literally, it seemed and she didn't know how she could ever have doubted that she wanted to be with him for the rest of her life. She smiled faintly when he hugged her tightly "and I love you Jake, forever" she said softly and gently kissed the twin scars on each side of his neck where she had bitten him.

Renesmee felt the thirst cloud her vision as she stood swaying like a deadly snake and ripped into the first thing that was living to come her way, she never expected it to be Jake. Her teeth sliced into his neck from behind and she felt his body stiffen as she pulled them out and pulled him into her body from the front now and sank her fangs into the other side of his neck and started to drink deeply from him. The blood was delicious and her vision started to clear but it didn't seem like he would be enough until she had drained him, he grabbed her in a hug "Renee...I love you..." he groaned weakly and fell into her arms. She released him and gasped, her mouth was stained red and she clutched him to her as his body was getting colder by the minute from how much blood he had lost. She started to sob and scream as Carlisle and the rest of her family came into the room, Bella tried to pry him from her arms but she only clutched him and shook him "no, no , no" she groaned and rocked with him. "DAMN IT JACOB, YOU JERK, YOU CAN'T DIE!!! I FORBID IT!" she screamed at him before her father grabbed her arms and pulled her into a hug, she cried as Carlisle and Emmett picked Jake up and carried him towards the car.

When they got home Renesmee locked herself in her room and lay on her bed with a dead expression, Seth lightly knocked a few times and called her name as did her mother and father but she ignored them all. She was afraid that he wouldn't live, that she had killed him. It had been her dream, not exactly but the concept was the same, the Volturi had manipulated her into almost killing her family and her lover. She sighed and rolled over as another knock sounded on her door "Seth please I just want to be left-" she started when she heard the door open and rolled over to see Jake there. She felt guilt crash through her seeing a bandage on her neck and she rolled over away from him as tears started in her eyes.
