| Well, there's nothing to get mad at anyone that's heard about some killer roaming around killing people with their fangs, not to mention that their killer happens to be standing right infront of her, speaking and whatnot. "Its fine, I know you didn't mean it that way. No hard feelings." He muttered, any longer to stay here and things can go wrong now and then. "All right, night." Go to a safer place where anyone's around, keeps you away from the murders that might be soon committed in many ways no one would bother to understand the reasons why. Alex walked off in the opposite direction of her, thinking about what else to do before the sun came up and everyone moving onto the streets seeing everything around them. It wouldn't be good to let himself be seen and let everyone know you killed them cause he happen to be hybrid vampire. No one would think of that. "Well, guess I can go home for now.." _________________ |

| There was no need for screaming, he's not a strange person, just very different than all the other humans. More likely resembling a human with extra features no one would understand before their minds went straight to the word everyone loves to use for their excitement: monster. He had enough of that after taking blood from many females for his benifits of stay alive or death falls over him. "No need to say you're sorry, you couldn't help it. Many weirdos walk during these nights with who knows what in their crazied minds." Alex sighed with relief that she stopped screaming and thinking that he's some sort of crazy psycho running around killing people for fun. Even though he has his reasons to run around to murder, blame having to be born as a hybrid child, needing crimson wine from humans, not animals half of the time. Animal blood never did have a taste than human blood. He shrugged. "Can't blame you there, being outside these places can get you a little skeptical with crazy people and the mass murderer running around, doing what they wish, there's a reason to be paranoid most times." How about right now since he happened to be one of the undead and close to try devouring her blood? Alex thought about doing that, but there was no need for that. Already attacked a few people, he's not in bloodlust mode to leave to eat._________________ |

| Serina blinked up at him as she heard his words. Here she was screaming and in panic for nothing. She quieted down and blushed like mad, lowering his hand from her mouth. "S-Sorry...I've just been a bit freaked out...", she looked off to the side in embarrasement. But she did have a good reason to scream and be freaked. Not many people are walking around late at night like her and with this mass murderer out and about, she could only assume some stranger she bumped into that covered her mouth was that murderer. But of course, her wild mind was just running, well wild. She looked up at him, "Sorry", she apologized again, "I thought you were that mass murderer or something. Gosh I'm so paranoid. I feel like such an idiot...". If she had known the mass murderer really was standing right in front of her, she probably would have tried to run for it. But seeing as this information was unknown to her, she just thought that maybe he was like her. Just heading home late from a party of some sort or something. She sighed and placed a hand over her heart, now trying to calm herself down from her little scare. _________________ "People who want happy endings have to write their own." - Paine (FFX-2) |

| Lingering around the scene of the crime, watching the police and parametics carry out on the stretcher one dead corpse from the eerie, dark and cold place between two buildings covered over with a white, soft cloth with large and small blood stains. Police ordered many people to stand back with their yellow tapes blocking and surrounding the bloody scene while forensic scientists walked carefully for anything that can give out a lead for whos responcible for these murders, the media played over their cameras and stand there infront of this horrid scene, speaking to those that live around before the murder occured. Did they hear anything in that matter? Questions were asked repeatedly to know how this all end up like this, the responce was still the same; pranks played by college and high school kids, animals like snakes and wolves that possesses fangs or occult playing like they're vampires to stir this city into fear just for kicks and to think they're really vampires.
Its working so far, everyone's in a state of fear of death and hoped they would never come into contact with this so-called mass murderer. In the end, scientists have not found any leads to the murderer except the girl's blood, but they hoped any witnesses would have heard something or at least bothered to look outside to find her dumped onto a pile of garbage bags. Something would be some kind of help to have. Since the first murder of a male and female couple murdered in a park not too far from the school with the same small but noticable marks on their neck, there were no leads, witnesses say their eyes only saw a dark, shadow figure standing there before leaving off into the darkness, they have followed it only to leave themselves out on a dead end.
How could this person leave the area that fast, especially with a dead ends right infront of them? The police were completly perplexed with this mystery, clues nor leads to this strange person. Everyone had concern worried looks on their faces for their lives, well not everyone in the crowd feared. At least one person stood out there, without a care in the world what happens to anyone, hiding his face through the blue-ish gray looking hoodie while his dark ceruelan eyes peered at the scene before leaving from the crowd. "Pretty decent, but still it could have been a lot better tasting than ever." He muttered, shrugging his shoulders while walking alone, wondering what he planned to do with his whole life- no, more like half of his life while the other half belong to the undead life. Alexander happened to be hybrid, with no kind of say since he was not born yet, from his vampire mother and a human father, this world was a place with tasty humans with rare or grotesque blood. But he still had to hide his secret from everyone.
"Where to next?" Deep into thought of doing something before going back home and he didn't really feel like sitting there bored to death, he almost bearly noticed that someone had bumped into him. "I am sorry for that, I hope you're.." He stopped speaking to find out that she is planning to yell her lungs out. Alex tried shutting her up from screaming, but that was unlikely not going to happen for him, the next best thing was to cover her mouth. That worked and not worked. This wasn't a good night for him. "Great." He thought, groaning that this girl's completly screaming at him like some sort of strange person would come and kill her, even though Alex would like to do that, but he wasn't near his crazied bloodlust to even go off on a killing spree for blood. "Please don't scream, I am not a strange person..I just so happen to be walking and you kind of bumped into me before screaming your head off.."(Its all fine.. XD) _________________ |

| Serina sat there on the couch as the horror movie played. Her eyes seemed to be glued to the screen as she clutched one of the couch pillows. She was watching a horror movie about vampires since Holloween was just around the corner so she figured she would watch one. But she wasn't the biggest fan of them, even at the age of 18. They just scared her like she was a little kid again, and she couldn't explain why. She was in her apartment all alone, the only thing other than herself inside was her cat, Midnight, but he was perched in the window watching out into the night like he always did. She had only recently moved away from home, but she was glad because of it. At least now she wouldn't have to put up with her drunk ass father and she could finally live her life in peace with her friends by her side. The movie was almost over when a hand from behind Serina suddenly grasped her shoulder, causing her to jump five feet off the couch and land on her butt on the floor. She looked at the person who had scared her, who was now in fits of laughter. It was her best friend Kristelle. "Don't do that!", Serina exclaimed, "You almost gave me a heart attack!". "Oh come on, really? You are so jumpy!", laughed Kristelle, coming around the couch and grabbing the remote, shutting the movie off and flipping through the channels to find something good on TV. "Hey, I was watching that!", Serina glared at her best friend. "I know, but little kids shouldn't be watching those kinds of movies. They'll have nightmares", Kristelle teased, stciking her tongue out playfully at Serina. Kristelle had a key to Serina's place in case of emergency's so that was how she had gotten in. She never felt the need to knock. Always came right in. She wished she'd stop doing that. As Kristelle continued to flip through channels, she landed on the local news and it was talking about recent mass murders happening around the city, the most recent one actually only a couple of blocks from Serina's appartment. "The Mass Murderer has struck again. A body of a young girl was found dumped in an alley with two puncture wounds on her neck and it would appear that she did fight till the end according to what reports say. We do not know what the killer looks like, but if you see anyone suspicious call 911 immediately. Do not try and handle anything on your own. This man is dangerous....". "A mass murderer...?!", Serina quickly jumped to her feet, "Why didn't I hear about this sooner?!". "Because you haven't watched the news the past few days", Kristelle replied simply, "Don't worry so much about it though. It's probably just some prank they're pulling anyway since Holloween is only a few days away. I mean, puncture marks to the neck? Hello, vampires! It has to be a hoax". "Oh I guess....maybe...", Serina replied, biting her lip now. She was still worried. Kristelle then shut off the television and rose to her feet, "Come on, I'm gunna get you out of this stuffy apartment for the night. You need to loosen up!", and with that, she was pulled from her apartment by her friend, only able to quickly slip on her shoes before they were out the door. "Where are we going?", Serina asked, blinking at her friend in curiosity as they headed for Kristelle's car. "To a party, where else?!", Kristelle announced. A party. Oh no. When Kristelle went to a party, it normally meant there was booze involved. Serina wasn't a drinker so she didn't drink at all, but Kristelle...well all it took was five drinks and she was out cold. Like now. Serina shook Kristelle, trying to get her to wake up as the party began to die down. It was now well after midnight and Serina wanted to go home. "Kristelle...wake up!", she wouldn't budge. Serina sighed, shaking her head. She hadn't even had time to grab her wallet so she didn't even have any money for a cab home. It meant she had to walk. She took Kristelle's keys and took her apartment key off of it so she could get into her apartment and headed out of the house. By now, most of the people were passed out or had already left, and probably all driving home drunk. Serina sighed as she began walking down the street. "Why do I let her drag me places? I really have to learn to say no...", she murmured, "No I have to walk...". She stared at the concrete as she walked, listening to her foot steps and for any other sounds of the night. She hated walking at night. It was just dangerous, and her mind always went wild when she was walking alone at night. But her thoughts quickly wandered back to that news report about the Mass Murderer and she quickened her pace. She just wanted to get home now and relax. She glanced to the side, seeing someone elses shadow behind her own. She jumped and quickly turned around. No one was there. Her heart began to pound in her chest, beating in her ears and ubstructing her hearing. "I-Is someone there...?", she asked in a shakey voice. No reply. No sign of anyone at all. The streets were bare, houses were dark, and she was the only one stupid enought to be walking home alone at night. "Maybe I should just go back and stay at that house the party was at...", she murmured, knowing that it was the closest thing right now and she was completely freaked. So she turned around and began heading back towards the house in sort of a sprint now. She had only walked a couple blocks away so sprinting wouldn't take her long to get there. Something suddenly crashed down in the alley she had just passed and she stopped. She froze up, her body tensing as she turned and looked towards the alley. It was probably just a cat. Ya, just a stray that had knocked over the garbage can. That's it. She was trying to calm herself down. But when she turned back around to continue on her way, she walked right into someone. Her nerves began to tense again and her heart beat faster as she looked up at the stranger and when she went to scream, he covered her mouth. Oh no. This was not happening! {I've never done a horror before so sorry if it's kinda suckish ^^" Private for Devil Jin} _________________ "People who want happy endings have to write their own." - Paine (FFX-2) |
