"Wah!" Cried Yuu when a tentacle whipped where he was causing him to stumble back. The weird creature appeared lashing its tentacles even further. " Shit it's a Thanatos! Who would have thought I'd be dealing with these things again!" Said Akira throwing Yuu. Whipping out his gun Akira said, "Stay back everyone if this thing gets you! You're good as dead!" He began firing at it rapidly.

Markus hurried ahead of them, keeping his pace level with Alizee. He tilted his head from side to side, as if trying to listen for something particular. He stopped, a low growl coming from him. "Something..... I feel something coming...."

Yuu led them up the mountain into a rocky area. "We're almost there just be patient guys." Said Yuu peering around a large rock. He kept looking around like something was going to jump out at him.

Markus scowled, his eyes turning an amber color. Alizee shook her head and let go of his sleeve, running ahead. Markus sighed, running after her. Alizee easily caught up with Yuu, and even took a few paces ahead. She looked over her shoulder at Akira, then back in front of her, her head bent down a bit, her hair hiding her expression. "I hope this won't take long. I'm really getting annoyed by this world...."

"Why thank you. I know I have very fine looks and I don't fucking know. The kid is taking us." Said Akira. "Oi you jerks coming or what!!" Yuu yelled from far up ahead!!" Akira ran up to catch up with him.

Markus smirked, his eyes narrowing. "Watch it, pretty-boy. Mess with me and I'll leave a nasty surprise for you later." Alizee turned her head slightly, her eyes narrowed at Markus, and he looked away, seemingly upset. "Sorry....." Alizee rolled her eyes before looking forward again. "How much farther is it?"

Akira just smirked and said mockingly, "I hope he's house trained Alizee. Otherwise there's going to be problems." He started laughing.

Alizee frowned, tilting her head to the side. After a moment, it hit her, and she smiled. "You're that wolf.... Aren't you?" The young man walked up and gave a slight bow, smiling. "Yes. I am Markus Trudor, miss....." He looked towards the direction in which the small group was headed. "Are you going after it?" Alizee hesitated for a minute before nodding her head slightly. "Then you'll need a guard-dog.... Right?" Alizee laughed and grabbed the sleeve of Markus' jacket, pulling him along behind her. "Yeah.... We just might....."

Akira stopped again and looked at her then at the man. "You're driving me insane Alizee. I'd like to reach there before night fall." Said Akira. "That'd be wise. Otherwise we'll be food for the night dwellers that roam after dark." Said Yuu.

Alizee scowled at him, yanking herself from him and walking with her chin up and her eyes defiant. "Graves are serious things. You should never pass them by without saying or doing something for them." She lagged behind for only a few paces, her thoughts constantly going back to the wolf-dog. There was just something about his eyes. They were..... far too intelligent. "Hey!" She stopped and turned to see a guy dressed in black clothing, his black hair reaching down to brush his shoulders. "You know, right? What I am?"

Akira whipped around fast holding his gun, but seeing the mutt and her laughing he sighed annoyed. "Jeez don't freak me out like that!" Said Akira putting his gun away. Grabbing Alizee he said, "Come on you we don't have time to go picking daisies or goofing off ."

She scowled, hearing them walk off. As she stood to her feet and turned to run after them, something made her stop, the hair of the back of her neck standing up as she got the feeling that someone was watching her. "........" She squared her shoulders and started forward, but stopped again, seeing a shadow overcast hers. She turned and screamed, then she started to laugh. A sraggily-looking wolf stood on a ledge, wagging its tail, hunckered close to the ground. It's eyes seemed to shine with intelligence, and it make a bark-like noice, looking at Alizee with a funny expression.
