"OK pooch what's up? Are we gonna go or not? Get by me you two." Said Akira his face beet red still. Grabbing Markus by the scruff of his neck Akira gently took Alizee's hand. "Thanks kid you were a good help." Said Akira to Yuu who was scared to see them fade away. Crashing into the next world. They landed in an unwanted dog pile with Akira on the bottom. Alizee landed on top thankfully. Though Akira was in pain from everyone on his back.

"Markus!" Alizee snapped, and the shape-shifter hurried to catch up with her. He leaned in, hearing her whisper something to him, and he grinned. He changed into his wolf form and paced at her side, throwing a growl over his shoulder at Akira, a smug look in his eyes.

Akira stuttered and blushed that moment when the same message was thrown at him. Running after Alizee he caught up with her and said, "Relax please! We're going now."

Alizee had stood to her feet and she was frozen in place, looking at the dragon. Her eyebrows came together, then she took a step back, gasping, feeling a blush blossom on her face. "I do not!" She told the dragon sharply. She turned and stormed off in the way they had come. Markus watched her retreating back, confusion on his face as he took a step towards her. "Alizee? W-Wait! Where....." He looked at the dragon, then at Akira before hurring after the seemingly angry Alizee.

A short time later Yuu stopped and said, "We're almost there..." Akira nodded and walked after the boy. Stopping as a silver pool came into view. What was guarding it had Akira captivated. "A dragon?" Akira whispered to Yuu who nodded. Setting Alizee down gently after nudging her awake Akira was wondering how to approach when Yuu suddenly threw him forward and remained hidden. Akira gasped and stumbled forward. The sleeping dragon lifted up its head and gazed at him. Akira went rigid and froze scared that moment as the dragon just gazed him down. "You.. you're not human but I feel I can trust you.." A voice echoed in his head. Akira was startled and the voice said, "Yes it was I the dragon who spoke to you. Since I have yet to learn how to speak I use telepathy to communicate. I take it there's things you wish to know from me?" Spoke the dragon in his mind. "Yes about the silver wing. Have you heard of it?" Asked Akira in his mind. "I've heard legends of that ship being possibly in a land or in another world from here." Spoke the dragon. The others watched as Akira and the dragon just stared at each other. Akira finally turned and walked back toward them saying, "I finally have a lead."

Markus bit back a growl that had surfaced, when Alizee gave him a hard, fiery warning look. Markus let them wander a bit forward, staring at the ground as he walked behind them. Alizee lay her head on Akira's shoulder, closing her eyes. "It doesn't matter..... Truthfully, I didn't expect it to work..... I thought for sure he had lied..... But it seems it does work. I just wonder if it will still work when we leave here....." She left what else she want to say unsaid.

Akira's eyes slowly opened and he sat up blinking feeling no pain anymore. Standing up he saw Alizee crying still. He reached out and gently brushed her tears away as he smiled saying, "You'd shed tears even for an ass like me? You're very sweet. I'm really sorry for being so blunt and cold at you. Thank for helping me. You look tired. Let me carry you." Lifting Alizee onto his back Akira said, "Lead the way Yuu." Yuu nodded and started walking the path with Akira following behind him.

Alizee reached up and brushed the tears that had, for some reason, come to her eyes. She gripped the gift hard in her hand as she lowered him onto his back. She placed the dragon's amulet on Akira's chest and she placed her hands over it. She closed her eyes and thought about how much she wanted to save him. The dragon amulet shifted underneath her hand and a faint humming noise came from it. Slowly words slipped from her lips as she felt the powers connect with her. The ancient awareness within the amulet, along with hers, entered Akira and sought out the injuries, quickly healing them. After three minutes, the amulet returned to normal and Alizee put it away. Aware that she was now tired, Markus walked up and put an arm around her shoulders, helping her to her feet.

"My side... my ribs are broken..." Akira said faintly. He started coughing and wheezing heavily as he spit up more blood. Going slack in Alizee's arms. Akira blacked out and fainted. "I'm no expert but he needs help and fast!" Said yuu freaked out and worried.

"Alizee!" Markus cried out as she slipped from under his arm and ran over to Akira. She knelt down beside him and placed one arm around his shoulders, barely passing her free hand over his sides, barely applying pressure to certain points. "Cylrien...." She pulled out the thing the dragon king had given to her. "I wonder..... Akira. Can you move?" She asked softly, looking at him.

Firing shot after shot at the Thanatos Akira's gun suddenly clicked as it was out of bullets. "Shit!" Cried Akira. He got a harsh whip lash and slammed up against the nearby rock wall. Hitting the ground he winced and picked himself up. "Oi catch!" Yelled Yuu and Akira caught a sheathed sword chucked at him. Drawing it Akira said, "Man I never used one but it's better then nothing. Running toward the Thanatos Akira slashed it straight down the middle and landed. Moving back it exploded and disappeared. Falling to his knees Akira coughed up blood and was breathing heavily.

Markus half-shielded Alizee, his arm thrown out as they backed away from the creature. Wanting to go and help Akira, but unable to make herself do it, she just simply gripped Markus' arm, her cool, yet worried gaze on Akira and the Thanatos. "May the Wind guide your feet and may Mars help you in your battle....." She whispered.
