The mare listened to the woman then she shifted to lay on her stomach. That way the men could lift him onto her back and she could carry him. One of them men the one that Caballo had helped blinked. "Didn't you have a wound horse?" The horse shook her head and as they lifted the man onto her back she got to her feet carefully as not to let him fall then carried him to the main building. She walked right in, Moved to the bed. And shifted her body so when he rolled off he was facing upwards. Then the mare left the building. No one really followed her. Instead she stayed close.

The men stayed at a respectful pace. Behind them, a cry went up, and a young girl of fifteen slowly walked up, shock registering on her face. "C-Cylrien? Brother!" She looked at Caballo, her brown eyes wide with fear and anxiousness. "Please..... He has to be brought into the main building.... He has to be treated..... Please let them get him...."

The mare snorted as the page ran away she cast the illusion that the mare was there standing tall. She turned shapes and moved to the commander. The one thing she hated about turning shapes was she was nude. She carefully pulled him away from the door and lied him down before taking the blanket in the stall for herself on rainy days and covered him with it. She herd several men coming so she let the illusion die and turned back to the horse. She nosed him softly before standing carefully over him like a guard dog.

A glassy look had come over his eyes as he washed the wound, and therefore he couldn't see it closing. He turned and stumbled, leaning against a stall door. A page saw this, and rushed over. Cylrien waved him off, and the boy backed away, worry written all over his face. The commander tried to stand up, and as a result, a huge headache hit him, and he passed out, still leaning against the stall door.

The mare shook her head. She followed him none the less. She waled calmly. A slight limp to her walk as she did so but she still walked with power. She looked to her rider and then just indicated for him to rince it with the water. She watched him. Wondering if he would clue in. Wondering if he would think she was to smart for a horse. The gash already looked a little smaller.. But she was trying to think of other things her body should be doing so it wouldn't heal before his eyes. As it was it was still slowly closing.

With a single movement, he pulled his feet out of the sturrups and landed on his feet with a sigh. He handed off his spear to a page and moved over, looking at the gash. "Tend to the wounded." He told a medic, before lightly patting Caballo's shoulder. "Come on, Caballo. Let me clean that wound so that it doesn't fester....." With that, he headed back into the base.

The mare snorted and leapt through men trampling those dumb enough to stand by her hooves. Unless they of course where on her side. But as she came to one man she knew she flattened her ears. "Demon!" He raised his spear to hit her in the face. But instead she raised her body and slammed into him. The spear cut along her shoulder and she squealed but her hing leg came around breaking his mount's leg. The horse fell landing ontop of the man killing him. She continued until the enmies started pressing back running She chased them for a few moments. Once they where far enough away she turned and moved back to the gate. Only few of the men where injured. One horse dead. "Thats the best battle we have had in ages commander!" one of the men cheered. The mare snorted and shook her body trying to knock the riders off.

Cylrien swung the Chinese weapon with a cry, grinning at it sliced easily through metal, skin, and deep flesh, causing blood to go everywhere. He grunted, barely dodging a spear, knocking some arrows and swords away from Caballo. "Caballo! Press on! Don't let them win!" He said this with a large smile, crazy happiness in his eyes.

The mare pranced she wanted out there. She wanted to help. She pranced back and forth as men rushed past when all that was left was the medics she ran our with the man on her back. Kicking the gate shut behind her she prnaced infront of it. She watched as men came forwards to try and attack them. She shook out her mane hoping her rider had good balance as she reared to stand on her hind legs. Her front legs lashed out hitting men on the opposing side in the face. An instant death. "IT'S CABALLO! CLYRIEN IS RIDING HER! KILL HER!" This words had the mare prancing she loved a challange. As more came at them she pinned her ears. She noted how there where swords all around them. Clanging and banging with others. She watched some horses fall to their deaths. She leapt over several men giving her hind legs a kick to knock them out as she soared over them to help the comrad with the dead horse. She pranced more. Eager to win. She saw one man come charging at the comrad as he swung himself up behind the commander she swung to face him. His face paled and he fell to the ground.

With what sounded like a dragon's war call, Clyrien unwrapped the pole, revealing the gleaming red pole. He swung it, busting the gate open. "Go! Hold them back! Don't let those bastards get any closer!" He held the pole blade at a diagonal angle, allowing the foot soldiers and the calvary to rush past, his own eyes flashing, a smirk on his face.

The mare moved in a light steady canter. She apporached the gate and saw the other men just watching. She shook her mane she wanted to scream at them to get ready. She knew they where coming. Then their drumbs could be herd as they moved closer. She pawed the ground. She was ready this had been what she was waiting for. Their first war together. The mare perked her ears as she waited. Men around them scrambled to get completely ready. Their last little bit and the horses. She watched she hated that she couldn't see through the large wooden wall. What was going on on the other side? A spear came through the wall quickly and she reared up on her hind legs pawing at the spear it snapped in half. Into just a broken peice of wood and she snorted she needed to see.

He smiled softly, walking up, lightly patting her neck. "Alright. I'll get it." He pulled down the blanket and brushed it off, cleaning it of burrs before putting it on her back. He then put on the saddle, but purposely left off the bit. He knew from experience that an experienced horse could do exactly what you wanted it to do without reins. And beisdes, he liked having his hands free. Just as he sinched the girth belt, a page came running up, holding a long wrapped weapon, only the gleaming blade visible. Cylrien thanked him before taking it. Giving it a few swings, he carefuly held it in his right hand while using his left to help him get into the saddle. Holding the pole across his lap, he sighed. "This is just too much..... To the gate. That is the most vulnerable point right now." He said this in Gaelic, knowing she understood it.
