Enzo tasted the chocolate that Lei gave him then he smiled with a stupid grin on his face, "These are great Lei. I don't know why I haven't tried these sooner." He said to Lei then he looked to the shop keeper, "Don't worry. i'll put in a very good word for you." He said to the shop keeper then with their candies he walked out of the candy shop.

"I don't really know what else to look at that we haven't seen already." Enzo said to Lei as they made their way through the city, "But seeing that we're being watched, maybe we should get to the shrine and finally be husband and wife." He said to her then he kissed her on her cheek forgetting that he hadn't cleaned his lips off from the chocolate that Lei gave him and left a chocolate brown lip stain on her cheek, "Oh sorry. Let me wipe that off." He said to her getting nervous that they were finally going to be together. He wiped off the stain with a small sheet of spare rice paper, that he kept in large amounts, usually used to clean blood off his sword, but it was more than worth the sheet to make sure she was in her best appearance

"Ohhhhhhh come on....will you eat just one? Pleeeeeease!" She said in a sweet tone. Lei knew something that he would not be able to resist. It was a newer candy from europe. "Have you ever had this before?". In her hands she held a little round brown piece of candy. It was one of het favorites. Back in Kobe lei had to special order chocolate because the candy shop there never had it. "Open up!" Lei placed the the chocolate in his mouth and waited to see his reaction.

His face following chewing the chocolate was priceless. She had never seen such a thing in her life. "You are so cute.". Her lips pressed her lips against his and gently kissed him. "I will get a dozen of them.". Lei said to the shop keeper. He handed her a bag and smiled. "No charge. Just put in a good word to your boss about my shop. I would love to see his geishas in here more often. Those women LOVE chocolate!". Lei nodded and looked at Enzo. "I am sure enzo will mention something."

"Are you ready to go my love or do you want to walk around a little more?". Lei wanted to start heading to the shrine before anything else bad happeded.

Enzo was looking around trying to be sure that there were no more spies that were looking for them. When she asked if he was alright he smiled at her, "I'm fine Lei. I'm just curious on whether your father had sent more spies to try and take you away again." He said to her holding her close to him, "If you think that maybe some sweets might do us some good then let's get some by all means let's get some sweets." He said to her then he gave her a small kiss on her cheek as he made there way to a small sweet shop in town.

Enzo smiled at her then he softly kissed her cheek, "Go ahead and get what you want. I'm not all that asosiated with sweets and would prefer to have something you'd like." He said to her keeping the bright smile he had on whenever he was around her.

The corner of the strangers eye twitched as he watched the happy coupls walk away. He was hoping that someone would have made a move. But since Lei and enzo took the higher road the stranger had not reason to attack them. Kai would have rewarded him (the stranger) handsomely for bringing back Enzo's. Akira (the guy with all the tattoos) returned hit blow dart back in to its holster and growled. "One way or another I will take Lei back to her father.". He grumbled to himself as he began to walk away. One spy down 4 to go. Just becaise one was caught did not mean the others woudl back down. It would be even more difficult to spot them now. They would all take extra care avoiding getting caught.

Lei was so proud of Enzo. He showed great control when he faced Akira. If it was up to Lei she would killed the bastard! "Where to now?". She asked as she rested her head onhis shoulder. To be honest Lei was way to excited about getting married to care about anything else. As long as she was with Enzo she did not care about anything else. He was her world and she would do anything to make him happy. "Are you alright Enzo?" Lei noticed that he was a little irritated. "Why don't we go get something sweet to nibble on? I bet it will calm both of us down.". Lei had a sweet tooth and would eat sweet things whenever she got the chance. "What else do you want to look at?"

Lei really didn't care if they lived in Kobe. She actually wanted to get away from her father. If they lived in kobe her father would never stop bugging them.

Enzo slowly reached behind his back for one of the blades that he kept on him due to his work related hazards as an assassin, "Who said that it was supposed to." He said to the large man figuring that with the man's body type, he'd be reaching for a ranged weapon, "So your master is the immortal eh? Give him my regards. For having such pathetic men act as his watch dogs."

Enzo nodded to Lei then he said to her, "Trust me, I've killed tougher guys than this." He said to her reassuring that he could face the man with no problems, "But seeing that he's your father's guard, it would only make greater hostilities between the two families. I'll let him live, but if he is to try anything to ruin what we're doing today then I'll show him that every man bleeds the same way." He said to Lei then he threw the needle into the dirt while he turned around keeping his arm around Lei still keeping his attention to the stranger since he had a hunch that the stranger was still going to try something.

The man was different from the one who Lei spoke too that morning. His face and entire body was covered all over by traditional yakuza tattoos. There was not a single ince on his that was not covered. The most impressive work on him was the art on his back. "......" The large man rolled his neck from left to right causing it al to crack. "You think that little toy scares me???". He asked. Lei stood behind Enzo and watched the strange man. "Enzo...its not worth it...let's just leave...". The man then looked at Lei and pointed at her, "You need to come with me little girl. You have caused the master many headaches.". Lei now understood. "Return to yor master and tell him to back off. The plans have changed. There is no need to fight anymore. Now go...and take all your goons with you.". Her orders meant nothing to him. He only obeyed what his master told him. "As long as Kai is alive I only take orders from him.". His hands slowly snaked back and reached for his blow dart. "My orders are to only observe not to interfere. Lady Lei you may do as you wish but be warned...there will be consequences to your actions.". The man bowed. He waited to see if Lei or Enzo would make a move.

Lei was not happy with the stranger at all. "How dare YOU threaten ME ON MY WEDDING DAY!!!!". She thought to herself. If enzo wanted to kill the spy she would not stop him. "be careful enzo....he is one of my fathers personal bodyguards. He will not die easily.". She whispered to him. To be honest the man was not a threat. The spy was well aware of Enzo's and Lei's reputations.

Enzo smiled thinking of the town then he said to her, "Kobe actually sounds like a nice place to be. I think we should live there, it definately sounds more peaceful right when you said that it was a small town." He said to her with his smile before placing a soft kiss on her cheek.

Enzo listened to Lei's question then he shook his head before looking back to see the man that was following them, "Actually, no he doesn't." He said to her getting ready to pull out a throwing needle from under his sleeve, "You can stop hiding and show yourself. If you don't then I won't hesitate to put a needle through your skull" He said to the person that was stalking them, "Now explain yourself!" He commanded slipping a needle from under his sleeve.

Who would ever imagine that in the future the little farm town of Kobe would be the sixth largest city in Japan. “Oh…..” Her head dropped as she looked at the ground. She wished that she would have left her hair down so that she could hide her red cheeks. “Yes….It is a very small town.” The inner city is larger but the further you travel away from the city the more dense it becomes.” Kobe was a city where criminals went to start a new life. Everyone was running from something where she was from. Even her own father was running from something. At one time Lei’s father was a general of the emperors personal bodyguards. After he was betrayed by his own men he left the world of royalty behind and began his region of the Yakuza. All her father knew how to do was fight and lead people….so he did the only thing that made sense to him. Anyone who was associated with the emperor knew of the “immortal general Kai”. Legend has it that Kai (Lei’s father) was untouchable in the battlefield, and knew long forgotten martial art techniques that could kill a man in one blow. All of that was in a past life. Lei’s father gave all of it up to raise her. He did not want Lei to be exposed to that kind of life.

“I am happy wherever we end up. I promise.” She winked at him then leaned over to nibble on his neck playfully. “Where are we going now? Do you mind if we stop to rest for a moment before we go to the shrine?” Lei could not shake the feeling that someone was watching the two of them. “Does your boss send people to spy on you at all?” She moved closer to him.

(don't know. My sister likes to "steal" my computer for long periods of time and I'll be getting on late.)

(Kk saweetie. No worries I will be in class tomorro. How long will you be on today? I finished all my homework so I have nothing to do until I get home.)
