Hisamu met her as she was running keeping his calm demeanor, "Don't be so sure, that one guard, he used to be a trained assassin. He's going to track you down and kill you no matter where you go Mallory." He said to her with his arms crossed, "Woudn't that explain how he had the reflexes to be able to catch your knife with his weapon and at the same time be able to pin point where you are. That knife almost went through your face.

Mallory smirked down at the man coninuing to move along the roofs pillars,"Over here."She called then jumped moving again,"Or here."She taunted.Still msirking she stopped to gaze down at him coyly.As the knife launched upwards she growled loudly watching as a strand of her hair fell to the ground,"I hope your happy,my hair is my pride and joy."she grumbled unhappily.Letting fly a few curses she jumped to the ground landing infront of slyly,"Checkmate implies that you've got me cornered.Not yet little boy,Keep at it."She finished.Sniggered she tossed him a rose before darting out the window,"Till next time I suppose."She chuckled.Tearing into the street she climbed on top of one of the roof smirking slyly to herself.Too easy.

Kimae heard where the voice was coming from, his history was a little hazy though he was originally a tracker for assassins himself though now he is a protector. After hearing the whirring of the knife he swung his musket catching the weapon by the but of the musket and then he swung the musket upward launching the knife from the weapon though he made a small miscalculation and it just made a small cut through her hair causing a few strands of the hair to fall down. He then aimed where the hair was falling and then he laughed, "Checkmate thief." He said puling the trigger though it misfired making a click with no bullet to fly out, "God damn it. Why jam it now?"

Hisamu grinned then he made small advances towards the place that was being heisted. He had several guards rush at him thinking he was the thief though Hisamu made one smooth movement killing the three guards in one stroke while he continued, "Mallory, you have made a mess of yourself." He said to himself getting closer to the house.

Mallory crouched low her eyes narrowing briefly all around the place where guards armed with muskets and katana's.This was getting difficult.With a ligh sigh she stood up shoving the Jewel into her cloak,Must they always make it difficult for her.Such heroes the guards seemed to always play,an attempt to go after her always failing.Why did they bother.She'd well and truly earnt her name as the midnight burgular but still they where a persistant bunch.Smirking she began to slink her way around the cloak pulled even closer around her body.Her violet eyes searched out for a possible escape route as she continued to sneak around,laying hidden in the shadows.As the sound of a musket being shot she whirled around momentarily startled.Those things should never had been invented,those like herself preffered the arts of knives and swords.Pulling a face she pulled herself up into the room gazing down at the guards,"Care to play a game do we,here's a new one for you cat and mouse,I'm the cat,and your..."She began.Aiming a knife she threw it making sure it narrowly missed him,"The mouse."

The guards, that were patrolling the place that the woman had just robbed of the jewel, were armed with not only the standard katana for both the patrol and also for when they needed to attack the perpetrator of the theft, but they were also armed with muskets that were just revently created.

One of these guards went by the name Kimae Orumashi, who was born and raised to be a killer and a guard for royalty class subjects, including precious jewels. When he turned he spotted a strange glimmer of light from the candle lanterns that covered the location so that even in hiding places there would be glimmers. He fired off his musket shot just as a threat which if he got he would deal with it. He then pulled out his sword rushing at the glimmer in the dim light of the lantern he now carried.

Hisamu Shinoba, who was back up for if the current assignment went bad then he would go into the scene to clean everything out including the messes that the girl was to make. What made him qualified for this was that he was a highly destructive ninja that used his abilities as a hanyou to inflict supernatural damage to everything. What he was doing was watching how she reacted to a situation like this which would occur by setting off an alert to the main man in the establishment, he was also someone that she knew in their gang though his face was never shown to anyone outside of his home.

The figure pulled her floor length cloak tightly around her body.Head bent low she quietly slipped around the corner her destination clear in her mind.It was a simple task all she had to do was grab the jewel then run.She had been assured that no one knew she was coming that the security was minumun.With a final sweep of the street she let her gaze fall to the building before her.How was she supposed to get in? Everything seemed guarded.So much for the low security,Not that it would stop her.Slinking around a corner she slunk past the nearest guard quietly.This was almost too easy.Surely someone must have noticed by now?

Thankful for her seemingly good luck she continued through the building her eyes searching intently for the blue room.Not much of a discription but it would have to do.Pausing briefly she nearly missed the brightly lit room.This had to be it,there was no mistaking,well the blue theme.Chuckling slightly she push closed the door behind her heading to the chest of draws.Rumaging through the draws she quickly found what she was looking for,"All this secrecy for such a tiny Jewel it doesn't seem worth it."She mused to herself.

Done with her deed she opened the nearest window jumping out nearly.She'd always been that,an acrobat,a show of.Shrinking away into the shadows she began to silently slink away.Thats when she heard it the loud alarm calling all the guards of an intruded. Here she stood hidden behind the wall her eyes darting around frantically for a place to hide.It had been a simple job get in steal the jewel then get out.How had everything gone so wrong.Scenting more people out and about she crouched low to the ground her fangs barred,Some one must have ratted her out.

[Alright I don't mind who's brought in or what role they play I'm still trying to sort of work out what I want done with Mallory at the moment.Jist of the story she's 16 grew up in a a gang of kids..well young adults now lol.Last job she stuffed up so to get her credit back she took on a really big one but her gang set her up.The job was rigged...be anyone you want.A gang member.....IDK lol,Maybe some poor innocent persopn & as many characters as you want seriously makes it more interesting =]]
