The Curse of Blue Dahlia Manor

Their home was a prison. A curse kept them in chains, bound to each other and the house forever. They would eternally remain the same age they were when they first entered the house. A cloud of darkness floated above the beautiful manor, and it would take a strong soul to break the curse that bounded the 7 souls to the home.

The brunette bent over, plucking out a long, velvet royal purple dress. She tossed it over her shoulder, a cute pout tugging at her lips. "I don't think purple would look very good on me. And velvet will make me all hot and sweaty." Emiri shifted through more fo the clothes. "That thing looks horrific anyways, but I'll leave it out." She flashed a quick grin over her shoulder at Terran, her short haired blonde friend. "Moira might like it." She tossed her head of long, dark hair back, laughter pouring from her fine throat.
"Girl, you need to be in a deep red or a light gold or fine black." His smile was contagious, and his sharp blue eyes shimmered with excitement. "Oh, I wish picking out an outfit for me was as exciting." He crossed his arms dramatically, his smile turning down as he turned to Malory. "All I can do is pick out a boring tuxedo, that looks the same as every other guy in the room, and pray my tie is a different shade of color then the next guy."
Emiri laughed again, pausing to look at a gold dress. Before she could eye it closely, Terran shook his head. "Hell no. Too gold. You don't want to seem flashy." He brushed past her, moving through dresses more quickly then she did. "You don't want something that screams 'Look at me'. If you want to grab Mac's attention, you're gonna need something that's sexy, but not flashy." He stopped, pulling out a long, red dress with a golden belt. The material was a thin silk, and on the hanger of the dress were gold ribbons twined around the hook. "Whoa, girl this has your name all over it." He turned, thrusting it into her hands. "Go try it on an let's see how it goes over those secret curves of yours." He nudged her off, she walked out the door laughing quietly.
"Now, let's see what we've got for you, Mal."
He glanced over his shoulder, his eyes softening as he examined her carefully. "A soft blue to go with those killer eyes." He turned back to the rack inside of the huge walk in closet that was inside of a changing room in the west wing. "Or maybe a white... Or a sexy black that'll seem to slide off those long legs." He paused on a few dresses, but didn't pull one out. "I don't know, nothing in here can really even compare with your beauty." Pursing his lips together, he found a few dresses in a variety of colors. There was one in a soft blue, there was another white, black, and one that was a calm yellow. "If you see anything else in here, snag it up now! Let's try these dresses on and see which looks best." He smiled, his carefree and happy personality lighting up the room.
