Two small questions

I know these questions sound stupid but here it goes.

1. Can we make sign up threads and if we can where do they go?

2. If I start an actual anime roleplay we can use canon characters right?

I know they're dumb questions but I want to make sure before I start any roleplays.

Sign up threads? Like making a spot for your characters?
That goes on RP Sign Up.

If you start an actual anime roleplay, yes, you can use canon characters.
You can use whatever characters you like.
