don't mean to be a bother but for some reason i cannot Pm anyone.. and i have a thread with someone else and i was going to pm them with a question.... but i keep getting a msg saying the administrators have prevented me from pm'ing.. i am wondering why i am being prevented.. did i do something wrong? or was it just a mistake.. please get back to me as soon as you can i would really appreciate it.. thank you!

It's fixed. I have no idea why that setting was applied.
But your not the first to say something to me about it.
A lot of other new members have said this too.
